A special shoutout to Safa, whose outstanding service shone brightly. Safa is truly a gem; her warmth and dedication made my experience all the more special. The rooms at Le Casablanca Hotel are a sight to behold. They're not just places to sleep; they're beautifully designed sanctuaries that offer the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, the rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring or business. As for the facilities, they're exceptional. From a refreshing dip in the pool to dining in their exquisite restaurant and unwinding in the serene spa, every aspect of the hotel caters to your needs and desires with impeccable precision. Its prime location in the heart of Casablanca adds another layer of appeal to the hotel, offering easy access to the city's top attractions, shopping, and dining experiences. The hotel's additional services, including room service and concierge, were seamlessly organized, adding an effortless quality to my entire stay. Thinking back, I honestly can't suggest what could have been better. The hotel exceeded all my expectations with their perfect blend of attention to detail, exceptional service, and splendid facilities

One of the best experiences i had … 1. the reception staff : Buthina was amazing, helpful, welcoming and smiling all the time . Yasin the butler is helpful. In general all the staff is welcoming 2. the view inside the hotel is magnificent 3. The room size is amazing 4. The location is great Definitely i will choose it for my next visit.

Both facilities and staff are excellent. Definitely recommended as high end business hotel close to the happening areas. Great french restaurant at the property

LITTLE note on the check-out. Common for properties to offer their own currency exchange. This is a service and it comes with a charge, thus I would recommend to ask the customer explicitly before typing it on the POS. Else, it gives the wrong impression

We arrived at 10:30 pm from Senegal, but the restaurant was closing so we were not able to eat a dinner. This was quite a disappointment. The breakfast was very nice and expansive.

No food available at 10:30. The next morning we were told that could have had take out, but this was not offered to us when I asked about eating. Luckily I had some crackers in my luggage.

Loved this property. Staff is first rate. Smells really good. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. Very good restaurant on site too.

Not a big negative, but walkability is OK rather than 'great'. A little out of city center, but still accessible to plenty of places, including over to the coast/the Corniche.

stayed nine nights in august...excellent and attentive staff esp Mounier and Boutaina... beautiful art deco old world hotel... lovely terrace for cocktails and music, very lively. ....the breakfast bueffet on the terrace was the jewel of my day... also on my second stay, they REMEMBERED I need 2 blankets in my room. and the breakfast man REMEMBERED I like pot of coffee with hot milk.This hotel is an oasis in the city, easy to walk city center but also to beach and plush suburbs of anfa and ain dab

It is difficult running a hotel during covid and a 9p curfew. But they were exemplary.

The staff were not very helpful and we requested for a late check out they failed to accommodate our request even though we have booked for their most expensive suite paying 400 euros/night, they refused to give us a few hours complimentary late check out.

Location is amazing Bed was so comfortable Staff are friendly and professional

Bathrobe and bathroom were dirty

beds were like sleeping in a cloud. very efficient and polI te staff. enchanting terrace for morning breakfast buffet. good buffet and plenty of greens, very impt for me! spotless pool. fantastic dj most nights and loved dancing up a storm. plenty of hand sanitizer. clarins amenities. operable french doors for fresh air!!! delish cookies n cake at breakfast

my room was near dining terrace and the cleanup kept me awake several nights.
