Chefchaouen is a beautiful city, and this Riad is located in the center, with shops, and restaurants within walking distance. - The staff is very helpful and nice, they helped to carry our luggage and gave restaurants recommendations. - location and parking instructions were clear, you can park in front of hotel Parador (a guy in a yellow vest will help you park and ask you how long you're staying so he can give you a price) we paid 60MAD for 2 day.. we could've haggled but didn't have the energy haha - so many guys will swarm around you offering to guide you to your hotel or carry your luggage, just ignore them and walk to the location (you can also ask one of the hotel staff to help you and carry your luggage while offering some money) but we didn't feel the need to as it's a 3-4 minutes walk and the directions are clear. - breakfast was included, delicious, we had our breakfast on the terrace and the views were beautiful.

- given the location, it can get really noisy, and the soundproofing is not great, but it gets quiet after 11pm - i was upset because the bed had a thin sheet and a quilt cover, no comforter (the thick cover), i thought it was ok before going to sleep because it wasn't cold at first, but later at night, i woke up shivering and feeling very sick from the cold.. the next day i found the comforter folded inside the cabinet... so make sure you have a warm bed before sleeping in the winter =)

This place looked just like the pics! I loved walking up to the blue walled tiny streets and although we arrived late in the evening they had someone waiting for us to escort us to our place and room. The room had all the amenities, including a tea pot which I thought was nice. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They helped us booked private transfer and allowed us to keep our bags there and enjoy drinks on their roof top even after we checked out- it was fabulous!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is absolutely great. Everything is very nearby. Riad is clean and well appointed. Home made Moroccan breakfast is served everyday. Special mention to Fatima, Mohammed, Sulaiman, Adel and Omar. Each of them did play a great role to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will come back to Chefchaoun again and definitely will stay at Riad Nila again.

Nothing as such - may be a suggestion to put some fragrance in the bedroom and bathroom.

The location was perfect, in the "Blue" medina and only a short stair climb from the Taxi Drop. If you message the Riad with your arrival they will organise porters for your luggage. The Riad ihas been beautifully recently renovated and although not as spacious as those in Fez or Marrakech, it has beautiful style and a relaxed, friendly vibe. The Sunset on the rooftop (with complete 360 degree panoramic views) with a glass of red (byo) was magic. We will be back.

Just a minor complaint....bed was only double not queen.

The location is just perfect. Everything is close to the Riad. Fatima and the other Riad employees were very kind. Fatima welcomed us with cold bottles of water when it was a bit hot. She made sure we rest a bit while she was doing the express check-in. The breakfast was just what we needed with a breathtaking view on the mountains and the blue city. Also, the room was very clean and just what you need to have some good time.

I believe everything was perfect ! We can't complain.

Wonderful hotel with lovely rooms and a magnificent peaceful terrace with the best view over Chefchaouen (see picture). It may look a little high to climb in the city but it’s only a few stairs, the whole city is up and down so there’s really no issue. It’s definitely the perfect location. Parking was perfectly organised!! We called 10min before we arrived in the city and there was someone from the hotel waiting for us at the parking of hotel Parador who then helped with our luggage. Every staff member very kind.

Location was fabulous and could not have been better. The breakfast was good but a bit lacking in variety compared to the breakfasts we had in other Riads around Morocco. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and informative!

There is no shower door leading to lots of splashing around the bathroom when it is used. The hot water sometimes ran out and we had to take cold showers. The bathroom was not always cleaned well - for example, sometimes there was hair left over even after a clean.

Beautiful small riad in the heart of this beautiful blue city. The riad is elegantly designed and the staff friendly and helpful (particularly Mohammed). We reserved the topmost room (Bab El Mkadem - (it is 5 flights of stairs) but your reward is multiple windows with stunning views from inside the room and from the terrace outside your door and up a spiral stair above the room. Only once in 2 days/nights did anyone else come up to these "shared" terraces. We had breakfast on the terrace as well as mint tea in the evening (with delicious cookies). We look forward to returning.

The hotel manager Imad was incredibly helpful when we were delayed getting to Morocco from Spain by ferry due to weather. He gave us many suggestions and tracked us along the way. He rearranged pickup at three different ports. He arranged a car to take us to Casablanca. And even though he was off work he stopped by just to meet us. He was even answering emailing at midnight! The Riad is perfectly located- couldn’t be better. Staff met us at the taxi stand and carried our suitcases up the Medina stairs to the Riad. When we wanted to switch from a higher floor (a beautiful room with an amazing view but one of us has bad knees) they found a room on a lower floor and once again moved our suitcases. We couldn’t be happier with Riad Nila!

Everything was perfect

Staff were super nice, very very helpful, kind, cheerful, and hospitable. We had wonderful time there! (Muhammad and Ali were particularly nice, and they helped us with our dietary needs) The place is new and nicely designed and decorated (we went in August 2022). Location is also excellent, in the heart of the old beautiful city of Chefchaouen (not far up), with an amazing view.

Nothing to complain about honestly. All was great. It would have been greater if the room had a small fridge.
