Spacious room with comfortable beds. Room was clean and air conditioning was excellent. Hotel was in a relatively quiet area so not much outside noise. Breakfast was nice but limited option were there. Hot food was prepared upon request which was good but we were not made aware of and there were no signposting that hot breakfast is also available. Night reception staff was excellent however day staff could not engage well due to language barrier which could be better

We had a wonderful stay all in all! Excellent service, great value and nice facilities - comfy beds, good breakfast and a very nice rooftop terrace. But really the extra special mention and thanks goes to the staff who were very friendly and helpful and provided us with plenty of information and answered all our requests straight away. The location is also good within the Gueliz neighborhood, you are within 10min walking distance from restaurants, cafés, shops etc. and it's easy to hail taxis down for when you need to get into other parts of the city.

First of all the service, 10 grade is not enough to describe, should be 12! I would like to thank all the members of the hotel's staff, Karima and Mr. Adnane among others. And a special mention to Imane and Zainab Apartment is very functional and was well cleaned everyday. Pool on the roof is very nice Breakfast is good, i don't understand the complaints in previous reviews. Bear in mind this is an apart hotel and breakfast is a bonus. Every room has a fridge and a mini kitchen, so one can always buy outside anything and keep in the room.

The wifi connection inside the apartments can be improved. Not a big problem, as in the lobby it works very well.

This hotel is very good value for money. The Manager Mr Nair really went out of his way for us. My daughter lost her favourite comforter and Mr Nair was so understanding about this and went out of his way to try and find it including viewing CCTV footages. We cannot thank him enough. Mohsin was really helpful and made our stay as comfortable as possible and arranged for my birthday decorations and cake. The breakfast is ample and really good value for money. Location is good and Pizza Hut is opposite the hotel which is handy with young kids. The beds are really comfortable. The massages are fantastic.

We loved our stay here. I think if there was an iron available that would have been great. A kids pool would have been great to keep the kids busy.

The suite was spacious. Very clean .. it had a kettle microwave with children this is a plus point. WiFi is amazing and so is the air con. Staff very nice at reception the Manager was very helpful.

The bathroom was tiny and the pool tiny also. Beds were very hard. We didn’t get an iron but I had brought one with me . Breakfast was ok I feel they could have better variety.

The property was nice for the price, staff were amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely lady who cooks the eggs and paratha. The Spa Hammam and message was really good, the best we have experienced in a while. The new staff, the young man serving breakfast and the young lady at reception was very friendly, spoke English very well, always had a big smile when they saw us.

The indoor pool was quite expensive, so only ended up doing it twice and was told to be quiet as people were getting a massage. We walked a lot as we wanted to to get the steps in but if a cab we needed, walked to the train station (10 min) as it was the quickest way as the main roads hardly had empty cabs

The staff at the hotel where very helpful. The reception staff where always on hand 24/7. The hotel is an appart hotel. whete utensils and a kitchenette is part of the room, decentky laid out with all tbe facilities needed. We had no trouble with our youngesr who's 18 months old. Also some local grocery shops/mini markets close by for fresh milk and other essentials (priced competitively unlike other places in the City). There was a lady who made fredh crepes every morning and that was my highlight of the breakfast. Pizza hut is across the hotel so with young children after a long day, it was really easy to order food in or eat out. Also 4 Eme avenue isn't too far for good restraunts. A nice walk down (10-12 minute walk) along Boulevard Mohamed VI to the main train station where there is a hub of activity and easy and cheap way to get around the city or beyond all transport links are easily accessed from there with a few international fast food chains like Mcdonalds, KFC, Starbucks etc. Although many times I'dorder a taxi from the hotel as I was travelling with young children. I would like to add the hotel offered me a late check out as my flight was in the evening and didn't even charge for the service. Mohsen and the 3 reception ladies (didn't get their names) where really friendly, couldn't thank them enough. They all spoke multiple languages and where really helpful. The housekeepers wherekept the place really clean. A realy nice cosy rooptop restraunt/cafe on the top floor with a pool although unheated. Be aware mostly pools in Marrakech I encountered where unheated, this was even true in a the famous Oasiria waterpark too. So I wouldn't put that as a negative as this was the norm. I will be definetly rebooking the hotel if I ever visit Marrakech again.

The breakfast was more catered for european and continental although the hotel had a quite alot of Arab and Muslim guests, I would've like a few traditional Morrocan breakfast dishes. Nevertheless the staff where attentive and breakfast options where plentiful. A little update to the outdoor seating would really go a long way. The major niggle for me was the lobby sensor lights, these would just switch off within a few seconds if waiting for a lift and it was always dark, unsafe for young kids and that is a very quick easy fix. This would go a long way with helping guests.

I stayed at this Apart Hotel with my family for 8 nights and I can not fault anything about it yet I have visited a number of countries. The staff were friendly and very helpful anytime you needed advice or help. The food at roof bar so nice and reasonably cheap served by happy chefs. Staff at the reception always there to help especially Abderrahim Errami who gave us so much help with booking taxes or giving information where to visit and anything you anytime of the day he was there always happy . Not to forget the lady at reception I forgot to ask her name always happy and willing to help. Nice Buffet breakfast with a choice. Rooms are spacious, nice and cleaned everyday by happy jovial cleaners. At night if you want to stay in but have a good time, you can go to the roof top bar with food and music. Location is so good within walking distance to so many attractions.

Nothing I didn't like with this hotel

Staff are very friendly and helpful, we had 2 apartments there, one bedroom suites was superb, breakfast is ok for the value, few bits and pieces need tidying in 2 bedroom apartments but nothing serious, definitely recommend and will visit again.

Strict with checkout timing.

Friendly stuff, clean big furnished apartment, good location (close to the train station - walkable distance), quiet neighborhood day as night for a good sleep and/or nap.

Coming back at 4 am after clubbing and finding the hotel door closed and locked with no one there to open it .. Calling the lobby didn't help either as no one was there to take the call .. the night shift receptionist left the lobby, closed/locked the hotel door and disappear for some time without leaving any notice. 15min later, he showed up pretending that he was just at the corner. When I expressed how much unhappy I was with this experience, he did not apologize and was disrespectful adding that I am exaggerating and overreacting.
