Aqua Fun Club All inclusive

my girlfriend and I have chosen this hotel for our first time ever trip to Moracco. It is great place away from the city rush. From the second we got into place we were greeted with a great hospitality. However I would like to extend a special thanks to Khaoula. She was there whenever we needed for our needs. Not only she made our stay more enjoyable but also helped us a lot adjusting our Marrakech itinerary and make the most out of our trip. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Every thing was beyond amazing from the day I’ve booked to my checking out day! Transportation being arranged from the train station to the hotel, the spacious family room with nice view, tasty food especially the Moroccan cuisine, the indoor heated pool in these cold days, mini golf, music, activities for the whole family… the whole ambiance in this hotel is fantastic thanks to the great people who work there providing an outstanding service! A special Thank you to Nora who made our stay memorable and to Samir at the restaurant for greeting us every day with so much kindness, attention and nicest smile. This was my second stay in this hotel and I’ll definitely come back again!

The location was incredible and it has endless entertainment which makes you never want to leave. Most of all the staff and the friendliness of the whole crew was beyond my expectation. The manager Rim was the most hospital,friendliness and respectful human I have ever met. My daughter arrived on the day over her birthday and received an absolute incredible welcome and party as well as room upgrade which I totally didn’t expect.

Their was nothing to dislike about this properly. Everything was what was beyond my expectations.

Allowed us early and very easy and smooth check-in process. Plus free Lunch and free upgrade on room. Credit goes to Fatemah Zarah for her excellent customer service. Every single staff was friendly and had smiles on their face all the time. Uncountable food varieties and lots of fruits and desserts throughout the whole day. Free all inclusive Bars and cafes open till 12 midnight. Kids animation team were simply amazing and talented. Kids activities throughout the day and Every single evening had amazing different music shows and fun games and stage shows. Bus shuttle service runs 3 times a day for free to Marrakech medina. Every single slides were working in Aqua park and it’s massive massive, plus no queue nothing. Lot of pool activities during the day time and pool bars are always open and working. If you have kids and want the best family holiday, you definitely won’t go wrong with this hotel. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and yes for sure definitely will go again. Money exchange facilities at the reception with the best rates, make sure dont exchange your currency at the airport. They will give you really low rates. The location is a bit far from the main town but the hotel runs a free shuttle service 3 times a day. Going to the main town will be expensive (£17 at least) if you go by private taxi. Public transport service right on your hotel doorstep which is a lot lot lot cheaper (only £2-3). Apart from the location, there’s nothing which we didn’t like it.

The hotel itself was lovely, room was comfortable, cleaned every day. Staff were lovely,. We stayed for 10 days, the food was good, like there wud have been something you could eat any day. It was not that busy when we went which was good. Lots of pool areas to choose from, entertainment was great. This place is a little hidden gem. We got in to see marrakech too, its not that far. The chef also made nuggets and chips for our toddler every night which was great.

They kept running out of ice in the pool bars.

The room was comfy and super clean. Great staff, especially the animation team. A special thanks to Oussama who manages the animation team and also the fitness coach Ismail, Marwa, Nina, naoufal momo oumy in the kids club. The singer walid was great and had an amazing voice. The reception team made me feel at ease and were very helpful and answered all my questions and enquiries. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and the services provided exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back with my family.

Only slow Wifi

The service and the employees were more than kind. They had for everything a solution, for every question an answer and were very polite and kind, especially with the kids.The housekeeping ladies Zahira and Touria were more than lovable. I want to say a special thanks to Chef Kamal, who managed every day a saltless meal for my mother. He is a special man for sure…thanx again for everything you did to us to make our stay comfortable.

Maintenance here and there ! Housekeeping pushing noisy trolley early in the morning in the corridor and cleaning the corridor start early in the morning ( very disturbing) You can’t take a nap noise almost the all day ( housekeeping & maintenance) Kids club need a renovation, more toys for kids and specially deep cleaning ( dust everywhere, during my stay I noticed dirty floor everyday ) Staff NAJOUA ( in kids club ) need to be more polite and smiling with guests

First, I wanted to thank all the work team in this hotel , headed by Fatima Al-Zahra, and Rajaa, and the accountant. We spent the best days of our lives in this hotel , food pools aqua park nights events ,everything is beautiful. The first room the AC was not working, so they upgraded my room to a nicer room overlooking the pool , I love this place I will back for sure , we missed it already

the wrong address in booking

it was clean, a lot of options and it is truly a resort in itself.The food options were great and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I would advise when getting a taxi walk towards the main gate on the outside (it’s cheaper) rather than getting picked up inside the hotel. The all inclusive options were great

some of the pools were not cleaned however understandable that the season was just kicking off.
