The authentic decor & style, the staff were nice, all male, offered to help with Taxis to the centre, the guy that serves you breakfast & at the pool Ibrahim was lovely albeit English not too good. Offered traditional mint tea on arrival with Petit Fours while we waited for our room to be ready. The rooms were small but nicely decorated, authentic, comfy big bed, ambience was calm & tranquil, boutique style only 10 rooms I think. The shower was lovely, really hot & powerful, a daily joy! The food menu was a nice selection of salads, fried pastries, various veggie & meat tagines which were delicious! The poulet citron & the beef Tagine were scrumpy! Slightly limited menu if you're eating there everyday for 5 days. Morning breakfast was authentic, freshly made & plentiful served with a smile from Ibrahim.

1. The pool is nice to look at but isn't heated so was freezing when we stayed for NYE Dec / Jan which was disappointing. 2. The poolside food & drinks menu is on the pricier side for Marrakech but you don't have any other options nearby so I can see why they charge what they can. 3. Boutique Hotels of this standard should provide white bathrobes & slippers in the room as standard but there weren't any. 4. Room Tea & Coffee - basic cheap Nescafe sachets, for a boutique hotel should be providing a higher quality coffee or a capsule machine and a selection of premium range herbal teas. The difference between a 3* & 4* establishment is all in the details so they'd do well to make these small tweaks to elevate the overall experience.

We had an amazing time! The rooms were so beautiful yet super comfortable with the right balance between modernity and tradition (Nespresso machine, high end TV,..). I personally loved the pool, with a beautiful underwater lighting, perfect temperature and a relaxing music in the background. Breakfast was delicious and generous (I recommend the "Beldi"). I noticed that a brand new restaurant and SPA was about to be opened, we had the chance to taste and try their future menu. The Chef was so friendly! Soukaina was amazing as well and always there to know if everything was fine with our stay! Highly recommend it to any people, couple or group of friends looking for an outstanding stay in a traditional yet modern Riad. It was perfect for a short trip of few days. We will return for sure!

We had an amazing stay. Extremely helpful staff that cater to our every needs they even allowed us to do early check in without additional costs. We also had a peaceful and quiet stay! (Feels like we own the place). Hotel food has reasonable price. Would definitely recommend staying here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything except the “shuttle” to the airport

The “shuttle” is just a taxi. I thought it was a private company, but I’d say you can just ask for a cab and pay the cab driver directly. It should be around 100 dirham to the airport, as that was the amount I paid when I hailed a cab from the airport to the hotel. The hotel charged me 250 dirham.

The property is beautiful just like it shows in the photos. The room was immaculate and spacious. The pool was maintained nice and clean. The restaurant was fantastic, you could see the full view of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious - a quality selection of pastries, fruit, and an omelette. We had one evening meal where I had the chicken tagine which was tasty. The staff were all so friendly and were all happy to crack some jokes! Our beautiful host Sara gave us a warm welcome and was attentive to our needs. The only minor downside is the location where you have to get a taxi to get into the city centre but because the hotel is a bit further out from the centre means it's peaceful and quiet which is great to get away from the busyness of Marrakesh.

Location could've been closer to Marrakesh city centre but if you want to stay closer to the centre then find somewhere that is better suited.

We chose this Riad specifically for the large outdoor swimming pool and its peaceful location. It is off the beaten track but getting a taxi which is a 15min ride into city centre is easy to arrange and not expensive. The staff are incredibly helpful and we very much enjoyed the restaurant which is open all day and again very reasonably priced. The rooftop bar was thriving with a club type vibe on the Saturday evening. Overall great value if you want some rest and relaxation.
