The location was perfect. Just right off the main square and super easy to fine. The upstairs terrace was beautiful with views right across the city. You can even see the snow capped Atlas Mountains from up here. The staff - are absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you, Hamid was always around to help us and was wonderful with our 4 year old son - they always had time for him

The rooms were very basic and the beds not overly comfortable. The rooms are quite loud but my 4 year old slept through the noise and really it wasn’t a problem. The rooms had everything we needed

the staff were exceptional friendly helpful & most kind the hotel was a traditional styled Moroccan home with all the original decor it had a wonderful roof top terrace & the food and beverages served were of a good quality and taste the location was brilliant near the cities two main palaces & 1 minute walk from the historical main square & market there are many restaurants & cafe close by and a host of museums well with in walking distance i loved staying at this hotel & will do so again 10 out of 10 in regards location & cultural experienced truly loved my stay

we really enjoyed our stay in El lennaria! The rooftop restaurant was very beautiful and we went there everyday to see the sunset! my boyfriend organised my birthday cake with the hotel and they brought me the most tasty cake! In was so great! Friendly staff of the hotel made us feel like at home :) we didn’t want to leave at the end 💜

thank you el kennaria for this stay it was perfect! the vibe in the hotel is really nice specially because they do some events in the night ( like karaoke or a band with local music) and the have a friendly team and always open to any kind of help! i’m gonna thanks here zizou and toufik who were so helpful and for sure all the rest of the staff! recommended ;)

The locations is great, the place has big rooms with high ceilings. Nice breakfast, comfy beds and the house keeping lady is doing an amazing job that even fold your clothes.

There is loud live music in the evening on the deck and you can hear everything in your bedroom. Also sometimes the hot water in the showers finishes and we weren't informed about that.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to help with any concerns we had. Went above and beyond to make our stay not only in the hotel but in Marrakesh unforgettable. Before going me and my friend (2 girls) thought we would feel unsafe but staff at the hotel made sure we had safe taxi drivers and went to the right restaurants and shops. Even walked us to areas we didn’t feel too good to walk to alone!

Great value for money! clean, nice & fun decor, friendly and accommodating staff. Simple but nice breakfast included (eggs, fresh bread, tea/coffee, Moroccan delicacies, cake)

Location is great, just a few steps away from Jemaa El Fnaa square. the hotel has a very nice and decorative rooftop, with pool table, TVs, shisha, refreshing drinks, and food!

The room was clean and nice, with a sink and fan. The centre of the riad was nice and the terrace is lovely - well decorated and serves food. The breakfast was fantastic and served on the terrace.

No air con, would probably not stay in the summer. Only one shared shower and two shared toilets... if it was full this would be difficult. They also wanted to charge €25 for a shisha, but generally food and drinks were ok in price.

The location is just perfect - although it was a little bit louder in the night, the hotel is in the heart fo the city. The staff was very friendly - especially thanks to Zouhair and Hamid which were in contact the most. The rooftop bar where you can go for a drink and have breakfast is just amazing!

Our room didn't have air conditioning (which aligned with the features of the room) so we wouldn't recommend it in very hot weather - we were lucky since we didn't have 40+ Celsius.

Really good place and definitely recommend for a number of reasons: great location; extremely friendly staff; traditional tasty breakfast,; the café restaurant at the top is very well decorated and looked after and great food.

Can be a bit noisy for families/children but that is expected due the location.
