At first I thought Pure House was just a bit too Instagram-perfect to be true from the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived that it looked just like the pictures! What it doesn’t show in the pictures though is probably the best part of Pure House: all the incredible staff and their personable brand of five-star hospitality. Pure House’s staff was the best we've had this trip, maybe even on any trip! Everyone greeted you warmly and always asked to make sure we had everything we needed. Sara has done a great job assembling this team. I have to specifically shout out to two staff in particular: Mohammed and Insaf. Insaf welcomed us on arrival and was personable, funny and quickly made us feel at home. She gave us recommendations and provided us with a phone with data so we could be in touch with Pure House at any time. Throughout the stay, she helped with activities, incredible dinner reservations and even arranged a mini-breakfast served to us in the extra early morning by Abdul before our hot air balloon ride! Mohamed went above and beyond to make our stay at Pure House special. His infectiously positive personality combined with meticulous attention to detail, made us assume he was a manager of some kind! He quickly learned our names and preferences and frequently anticipated our needs before we even thought to ask. Whether it was a cure for our indecision with a flight of wine samples, a live spritz demo, helping to organize our departure or an adjustment of the umbrellas as the sun came out, he was always two steps ahead of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and we had lots of great conversations. Once it was time to go, it genuinely felt like we had made new friends at Pure House. I had mixed feelings writing such a glowing review only because this is really one of those places that you just want to keep to yourself! It’s still a hidden gem and I know full well that whenever it catches on, it’s gonna be impossible to book.

Pure House was a fantastic place to stay for the Marrakesh pirtion of our trip. An oasis in the middle of the medina just a few minutes walk to Jmaa El Fnaa. I would call it a more contemporary take on the traditional riad. The suite was perfect, and the entire riad is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Especially the rooftop terrace with pool, bar, and great views out over the medina and the Atlas mountains in the distance. Best of all is the amazing team that takes care of the guests - Sara, Isnaf, Mohammed, Akhmed, Abdul and the rest of the team were fabulous hosts that were so attentive, friendly and helpful. So many great conversations about Morocco, Marrakesh, and the world. If i were to ever own a riad or inn, that's the team I would want rumning it. Well done! We will be back.

Friendliness and absolute dedication of staff. Beautiful styling in all areas. Fabulous breakfast. Nothing too much trouble. Bonus trip to Pure farmhouse. Sara particularly took care of us with a difficult restaurant owner.

All comments constructive, not complaints. Poor privacy of windows onto central courtyard during day. Some light permitting screening required in Room 1. No full length mirror. Beds could be more comfortable. No robe hooks. Cleaning noises at 7.30 am. The outside area of the Riyadh although appreciate this is under construction. Be interesting to see the plans.

We couldn’t recommend this riad highly enough! From the moment we entered the riad, we absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful, well kept property with great facilities and the perfect location; this riad is in the centre of the medina but completely silent inside. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after during our trip from the personal pick up at the airport to a mobile phone with local data/calls provided for free! We were given the most delicious, local breakfast every morning with daily produce, again for free! This was an amazing stay and we would not hesitate to come here again.

I had an incredible stay at Pure House Marrakesh—everything was perfect! Sara, Abdul, and Mohammed went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. From the warm service to the cozy atmosphere and the incredible attention to detail, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding, and I truly felt a genuine connection with the staff, as they made us feel so cared for. A special mention must be given to the staff. Sara, Hamza and especially Mo, who were all exceptional for the entire duration of our stay. Nothing was too much effort, and they looked after everything from airport transfer, to ensuring a member of staff was available to greet us on arrival and walk us to the riad for the first time....which I would definitely recommend! Breakfast was excellent, and lunch / dinner served from the local morroccan restaurant was also great. The accommodation is exactly as pictured and provides a perfect calm away from the busy streets. A final mention for Mo, who really made our stay extra special! We hope to return later in the year. Thank you!

Everything about this Riad was incredible. From the airport pickup to the minute we arrived at our drop of location, they had a staff member waiting there to help us with our luggage. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming from day 1. They offer a mobile phone to their guests to carry around for their stay to use maps etc which was great for us as our network providers didn't work in Morocco. Great location, in a busy area but also tucked away a few alleys back that it was quiet! Will be recommending this Riad to all our friends and family :)

One of the most amazing places we have stayed and the best service we have ever received! The staff were some of the loveliest people we have met. They went above and beyond for us. Every problem that we had, they did everything that they could to help us. The rooms were lovely and so comfortable and the staff cleaned the rooms and provided fresh water every day for us. The riad was lovely and peaceful and the rooftop pool area was stunning. The staff made fresh cocktails and a delicious breakfast with fresh juices. The location of the riad was great- only a few minutes walk from the main square. The riad also provided us with a phone to keep during our stay with data. We could connect our phones to the data so we had internet and this really helped us to find our way around the medina- we never got lost thanks to this! We could also message the staff at any point on the phone if we needed anything. We thought that this was a fantastic touch and we were really grateful for this. The staff had kindly created a list of different activities, rooftop bars, sites etc to visit while we were there and they always helped us to sort transport to places that we were visiting. It was our first time in Marrakech so we were really unsure on things but the hotel really helped us and put us at ease. This hotel made our trip to Marrakech and we will definitely be returning soon! We couldn’t thank the staff enough for being so kind and helpful.

The riad is located in the heart of the souks about a 3 minute walk away from shops and cafes but down a side streets so nice and quiet. The riad is absolutely stunning and staff were so lovely and accommodating! Felt safe from the moment arriving sitting down for a chat with a Moroccan tea. The staff gave you a smart phone on arrival with contact numbers for the hotel and to use as a personal hotspot and for Google maps. Every single staff member was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested about your day and could give good advise on restaurants, tours. Breakfast was also phenomenal and lovely sitting on the terrace to enjoy. My personal favourite was the granola :)

Staff couldn’t have made anything better- it was a fantastic stay with 5/5 service from the moment of arrival to the moment leaving. So friendly and accommodating!
