The space is very elevated, lovely lighting, luxurious feel and an amazing shower with the room that we booked. The spa was lovely and very relaxing. The breakfast was traditional with different additionals every day. The terrace was very nice and staff were amazing every step off the way. The location was very good, just off the square so easy pick up point for any excursions you end up booking. Quiet at the same time at night, we didn’t hear any disturbances outside. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area. Amazing value for money. We stayed in 2 different Riads during our stay and definitely preferred this one.

Loved absolutely everything about our stay

Everything has been said before and it is true: great location, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, lovely smell, very clean! We slept three adults in a room which was big bigger than expected. Also the third bed was an actual bed, not a stretcher, which was a big plus. We didn't use the pool but see that in Summertime that could be really nice (not big enough to swim, just for dipping), but we did have a nice lunch on the sunroof.

On the photo's I had seen a big bowl of fruit, and I assumed that would be part of breakfast. We did get fresh orange juice for breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast only had a small bowl of diced apple and pear on the second and third day, and the breakfast generally was too unhealthy for us (it was a lot though, so if you like cakes and savoury buns and pancakes, you'll enjoy it).

This was our first trip travelling alone as two young female travellers and the staff at Riad Wazani made us feel so safe and relaxed during our trip. From our initial arrival, we were greeted warmly with a private transfer and guide to the Riad (slightly tucked away but easy to find when you know where you are going) and then pastries and traditional tea. Our room was wonderfully made up and kept clean by lovely cleaners, and the terrace area is a perfect and tranquil retreat from the business of the square. Breakfast is a number of pastries and fruit that changed daily that was provided by Ishmil, who was a cheerful welcome every morning. Any problems that we faced were dealt with almost immediately by the receptionist Youssef who helped us feel comfortable and secure in Marakesh. We can not recommend this place enough as the perfect stay for anyone who wishes to experience an authentic stay in Morocco.

Nothing, it was all perfect!

The property was true to its pictures and descriptions. It was clean and close proximity to the old city square. For the most part the staff was accommodating.

Had a hammam on my last day and it was not steamed and raised this with the hotel staff for either partial compensation or a repeat hammam and I was denied either options. I was told it was done too late however the staff did not make me aware this was an issue as I would.have been happy to forgo and unfortunately it being my first time didn't realise the lacking of steam until it was done. In future I think considerations should be made and it's okay to say no, if a task can't be completed satisfactorily.

For first time Marrakech visit excellent location just around the corner from Jamaa el Fna in Medina with very friendly staff with great attitude, like visiting own family (should have written down names, sorry). Decent hamam and great massage. Most of tourist attractions in walking distance (Koutoubia, Bahia, Badi, Saadian tombs, Souks, Madrasa Ben Youssef etc.). Not noisy (we were on 2nd floor Mamouth room). Great rooftop terrace (can see Jamaa el Fna in distance) with restaurant and small swimming pool. Good breakfast. Very good cleaning every single day.

This is not a city for too much sleeping, so some morning noises and something like construction noises (they had earthquake September 2023) were little bit disturbing. Room size could be bigger for family of 3, but overall ok.

We spent 5 amazing days in this Riad. It was an incredible holiday. The location is wonderful: very close to the main square. The breakfast was good and plentiful. A huge thank you to Hicham for his kindness: he made us smile a lot. Thanks also to Yousef: a really kind man. A huge thank you to the lady at the reception (whose name I don't remember): she was very helpful with us. All the staff of this Riad made this holiday very special. We hope to return soon InchAllah. Convenient location for access (2 min walk) to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Peaceful. Everything was as expected. Small pool with sunbeds on the terrace, which we didn't use because during the coule of days we were there it was a bit windy. A real bonus to cool off on hot afternoons. Not many (if any other) Riads with heated outdoor pools are to be found in the Medina. Polite and helpful staff with sufficient English to make ourselves understood. Beds fine, hot water for showers and aircon. TV with a couple of English speaking channels (mainly CNN on a loop) which was not important to us. Good place for a 2/3 night stay in Marrakech.

Our room was cramped, so extended stays could become uncomfortable. We would have liked a cooked breakfast option. Otherwise nothing to complain about!

Excellent location, in the centre of medina, jemaa el fnaa square and less than 5min walks to the souks. Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating, very helpful. Many many thanks to them! The waiters and other staff members were also very welcoming. The breakfast served at the rooftop was delicious, and we had different menus everyday of our stay with fresh orange juice and Moroccan tea. Everything was very clean. We went as a family and stayed in the triple deluxe room, good size and enough room for luggage for a 4night stay. Beautiful interior design and Moroccan style decor. We used the spa and it was amazing. Very private and good service.

The breakfast was not anything to speak of...bread bread, more bread sweets, yogurt and an apple and kiwi. If you are one who does not eat eggs, I'm afraid you will not have any choice. Upon pointing this out, Ismahane helped in getting me a salad one morning with some avocado and the subsequent morning was lettuce and tomato...not much of a breakfast if one wants to hit the streets of Marrakesh. The bed was comfortable and the place is well kept. A thorough cleaning is done each day and that made the stay good. The riad's location is great and is accessible to quite a few places su c h as Jardin Majorelle. The staff, specifically Hisham and Ismahane saw to it that my friend and I were comfortable...listening to concerns and addressing them immediately.

Breakfast was substandard and travelers are better off planning their own excursions. The one we did do with the hotel was poorly executed. Getting the lock fixed on Pasha..it sticks.

Amazing location - right in the middle of the old town! It’s within walking distance to all main attractions, 5min walk to Café de France - the main pick-up location for most of the day tours. The neighborhood is safe and amusing - it’s right around the corner from Jam3 El-Fna Maroc - the main Marrakech market. Riad has a spacious rooftop terrace with sun beds and a swimming pool where you can actually swim. Inside the rooms, you don’t hear noise from the market, they’re cooling and relaxing. The staff was great - very welcoming, they speak English. I can only highly recommend!

Overall, the accommodation was really great. A few things worth noting - the beds were hard, but perhaps that’s a Moroccan standard. The SPA was not big but it was enough for two people (staff spoke French). The towels were a bit too worn off. Breakfast was a fixed menu, so not a buffet if you preferred that. Breakfast was delicious though :)
