Hotel is in a very good location just metres away from Jemaa El Fna Square. I had two rooms, the double deluxe with private bathroom and a Triple room. The double room was very good with wardrobe, hangers and a bed side table. Shower and toilet were in good condition. Shower had low pressure but wasn’t much of an issue. The triple room was very basic with not much space for bags. No wardrobe to hang your clothes.

Only negative I’d say that the Hotels cash only policy. It ate in to my cards withdrawal allowance as I paid in MAD. Also, their conversion was around £5 more than the live rate I had.

The hotel is located very close to the main square, but on a quiet street. The check-in/out process is fast and easy. The breakfast is good (maybe they could add some fruits/vegetables). The design of the hotel is really nice (the rooftop terrace/inner courtyard). They helped us on the last day with printing our boarding passes and keeping our bags after check-out.

The walls/door are not very well isolated, so you can hear all the noise from the other guests (the inner courtyard amplifies all sounds), bring ear plugs. They didn't clean our room at all for 4 nights (not even to empty the trash can, which was full of ants after 2 days). The shower curtain should be lowered to prevent splashing. The wifi only works in the Reception area/on the terrace.

The location is top! You are literally less than 2 minutes' walk from the Medina. We had a triple room with the ensuite bathroom, the room was quite small but very clean and was great value for money! When you are there, make sure to check out the rooftop seating area, a little gem, and very relaxing. Overall I would recommend this place, for what we've paid it's an excellent option to save a little money while staying central.

When we first arrived the receptionist charged us more than the charge said on bookings. The facilities were horrid, we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned yet there was still skid marks prior to us coming. We had to request an engineer for our AC multiple times and the receptionist pretended to call up his boss even though there was nobody on the other side of the line. One of the receptionists were exceptional and the other I would never want to see again.

Really friendly!!! They helped me get the taxi, Minivan, accompanied me to the main road to get this transportation, showed me the dinosaurs stone steps from million years ago. I had no sunscreen nor Flipflops and they borrowed me one until I bought my own. The place is very clean, there are cleaning personal every day which don’t speak English or German and I think neither French. But they are nice. The mattress is hard (for me, for what I’m used to) which is the only negative thing I could say about the whole place. I washed my clothes here in their washing machine. I walked to the beach 2 mins and came back with no problems, met people from Germany, from Russia, from france. The breakfast consists of bread, honey and butter; coffee and tea. They have a menu for additional things. There is a big tv in the 6 bedroom in which I was, at nights I watched Netflix from my account. (I was pretty scare at the beginning of the 6 bedroom door because it remains open, I mean, you don’t get a key) but never happened anything bad nor unknown people showed up unannounced. If they needed to come inside they would knock on the door (the owners/personal)

nice and clean but hot (only fans in rooms) and we did not realise there are no AC in rooms until checked-in. Otherwise its excellent location and few steps away from the famous market. I would love to stay this hotel again, its beautifully decorated.

There was an issue with the fan in our room, but when I reported it, I was told it wasn’t faulty because no other guest had previously complained. It was quite an odd response from the hotel manager, though he is generally a helpful and friendly person.

Everything was just as described and on the pictures! The room is small, but considering one doesn’t go to the hotel to just stay in the room, it’s good enough. Everything was clean, the attached bathroom was functional and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was amazing! Such a nice place to chill after it gets dark. Gives you a chance to enjoy the ambience of the nearby market. The hosts were the nicest people, always helping with any queries we had.

Awesome staff - very friendly and helpful (specially the night manager). Just a 1 minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Reasonable breakfast for only 3€ (Orange juice, coffee, bread, a cake, butter and cheese). Cool inside to take photos.

Mattresse too hard and very tall pillow (althought that`s a matter of taste). WC way too small. Couldn´t sit in toilet properly, couldn`t use the sink with the door open, couldn`t take a shower without wetting all the bathroom... We stay in a ground floor room, in a passage to the reception and to the place of breakfast, so lot`s of noise - and since the curtains were thin, at night, you could see into the beedroom (so don`t expect privacy in this rooms).
