Fantastic location just a very short walk to the main square for all the action with plenty of food and snack options nearby. Very clean and organised and all staff I met were very friendly, kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable, the rooftop was nice and relaxing with a good breakfast available. Would definitely stay again. Although it was no problem for me as a cold shower was very welcome in the hot weather, the hot water did not seem to work in the bottom level shower. Again not a problem for my stay, but something to note. Slightly noisy at night with the my room window right into an alleyway. But fortunately after walking around and busy days I was always tired enough to still sleep well enough.

First, before I had chosen Sindi Sud, I was going crazy about deciding on which option is the best. I also had checked other hotels but there were always bad comments. Not only on others, also those bad comments were in Sindi Sud. Anyway, finally I chose here without knowing what will come next. I came around 3 am and I could enter without any problem. The place, the people and workers are all so nice. Second, Breakfast is absolutely A class. I am a person who eats a lot, so makes you full. Third, of course there were some noises. That is absolutely normal. If you are coming to Marrakech, you gotta accept it. Even though I never sleep deeply in my life, I didn’t have any problem about sleeping here. So, it is quiet. Don’t worry. Cleanness: certainly the perfect one. I have some problems about going to the public bathrooms but first class cleaning. Of course there are some moments which the bathroom is dirty, but it is not because of the staff, it’s coz of guests. Finally, I hope this helps for everyone who is like me. This riad fits in my requirements indicated above.

The location is very good, and the building is still in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. We were greeted well and had receptionists around the clock to answer our questions. They all spoke French and were very accomodating (including an early check-in and leaving our luggage there while waiting for our room to get cleaned). The breakfast w was a nice touch too.

A bit of noise from the coming and going which is normal. The only thing for us, is that they keep the big white light on in the corridor, which made it a bit harden for us to fall asleep (we like to sleep early) since they dont have curtains. We would suggest curtains and-or to close the corridor lights at early at night and-or have lights that are dimmer at night time. Minor detail

An excellent location a couple of minutes walk to the markets and main square. Loads of cafes and restaurants and a cash exchange around the corner. We were on the ground floor of the authentic Moroccan hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. The breakfast on the terrace was great but as I have mobility problems was difficult for me, so the lovely staff brought it down to our room.

The only real issue was not being able to get hot water for the shower. Ty be rooms are small but adequate

Great WiFi speed It was clean I did not have to ask for towel while I had to do it at other riads I stayed Attentive staff at reception and ladies servicing the breakfast It is possible to print boarding pass for 5 DH.

No soap in the bathroom. Light from the street window in the room while not having curtains it makes room not fully dark at night and it is hard to sleep for me in such condition. A bit of noise from the street at times (people speaking) but nothing critical.

Excellent Liked · The room was very clean and it served well. The rooftop lounge was very good and the location of the hotel is as good as any that you'll likely to find in Jemaa Square. My room had adequate space for two people, but no more. There are larger rooms and private bathrooms. For the money, it's probably one of the best values seen so far. The front desk had excellent service - even offering the option of luggage storage in advance of a booking. Wifi quality ranged from good to very good.

Super cheap for a perfect location close to the Main Square. Rashid, the main host was fantastic, I turned to him with multiple questions and problems and he was ready to solve them all. Very good and friendly place, nice breakfast, they speak English well, and also offer a lot of tours to the further destinations (Ourzazate, Merzouga, Zagora, 1,2 3 day ones as well) which were amazing experience and for a reasonable price. Could not say anything worse!

Staff friendly and not pushy in any way. For the price this hotel fits - it is clean and has the basic facilities you need for a short stay. Felt secure. Excellent location. Breakfast fine - nothing fancy but a good start to the day. I would definitely return if/when visit Marrakech again.

Good heavy extra blankets available in the rooms - could have done with an additional one in the room - only had 2 for 3 people- although I am sure had I asked for another blanket they would have given me one.

I missed my original booking due to illness, and although the hotel couldn't accommodate my change request, they made up for it by allowing me to leave my luggage with them for ten days as I traveled around. I was able to book a night with them on my return to Marrakech, and enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, the water hot, and the Internet was strong. I'm particular, Rachid, the front desk manager, made my stay at Sindi Sud a great pleasure. He was kind, generous, and warm and did his best to make me feel welcome. Shukran bezzef!

Sindi Sud is a very special Riad in Marrakech medina. It is located very close to a good Street for restaurants, etc and not far from the main square. There is also another pathway out which is very close for getting to taxis and outside of the Medina. I like this, because sometimes I find all of the activity within the medina rather overwhelming. Another excellent facility at Sindi Sud is their lovely terrace, somewhat elevated above others in the area, which adds a nice expansive feel. The decor is also lovely. The rooms are comfortable. The internet and reliability of hot water for showers is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. I stayed here 7 years ago, and was very happy again to be there, as I would hope to be in the future.

I always prefer there might be eggs available with the breakfast, really, that is all I can think of. Hardly something to say is 'dislike'. 😊
