First, before I had chosen Sindi Sud, I was going crazy about deciding on which option is the best. I also had checked other hotels but there were always bad comments. Not only on others, also those bad comments were in Sindi Sud. Anyway, finally I chose here without knowing what will come next. I came around 3 am and I could enter without any problem. The place, the people and workers are all so nice. Second, Breakfast is absolutely A class. I am a person who eats a lot, so makes you full. Third, of course there were some noises. That is absolutely normal. If you are coming to Marrakech, you gotta accept it. Even though I never sleep deeply in my life, I didn’t have any problem about sleeping here. So, it is quiet. Don’t worry. Cleanness: certainly the perfect one. I have some problems about going to the public bathrooms but first class cleaning. Of course there are some moments which the bathroom is dirty, but it is not because of the staff, it’s coz of guests. Finally, I hope this helps for everyone who is like me. This riad fits in my requirements indicated above.

Excellent Liked · The room was very clean and it served well. The rooftop lounge was very good and the location of the hotel is as good as any that you'll likely to find in Jemaa Square. My room had adequate space for two people, but no more. There are larger rooms and private bathrooms. For the money, it's probably one of the best values seen so far. The front desk had excellent service - even offering the option of luggage storage in advance of a booking. Wifi quality ranged from good to very good.

Sindi Sud is a very special Riad in Marrakech medina. It is located very close to a good Street for restaurants, etc and not far from the main square. There is also another pathway out which is very close for getting to taxis and outside of the Medina. I like this, because sometimes I find all of the activity within the medina rather overwhelming. Another excellent facility at Sindi Sud is their lovely terrace, somewhat elevated above others in the area, which adds a nice expansive feel. The decor is also lovely. The rooms are comfortable. The internet and reliability of hot water for showers is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. I stayed here 7 years ago, and was very happy again to be there, as I would hope to be in the future.

I always prefer there might be eggs available with the breakfast, really, that is all I can think of. Hardly something to say is 'dislike'. 😊

I loved the location, best value, the staff is very respectful and helpful, we had a four single beds room and we found it very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The wifi was included so we didn’t have to pay separately, we didn’t have breakfast included but the menu was great food to start with your day in Marrakech. The hotel is right a few steps fro everything, from the buses to go to the train station, from the point of pick up for your tours, right inside of the Medina, lots of restaurants nearby and the bazar. THE BEST LOCATION, Definitely we are coming back to Marrakech and stay at the Sindi Sud Hotel.

Everything was great. The beds were clean, everything was clean. Maybe the blankets were not fresh but other than that I don’t have any complaints.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. Travelling during the summer heat can be difficult - so they put a fan in my room to help with the heat as I didn't have an AC in my room. They also helped me out when I was sick due to food poisoning. They took care of all of my needs and treated me like I Was their own family member - I highly recommend them they are excellent!

The shower was a bit difficult to operate - I couldn't get hot water consistently from it. They said there was a special way of operating it - if they could show this at the beginning of the stay this would have been better, as I am sure everyone who used it without knowing the special technique would have had a similar problem.

Brilliant location, great value for money and helpful staff. Spacious room with multiple plug sockets. Also felt very safe leaving belongings there in the room and in the reception during checkout.

Just to be weary the printer was not working here and as you need a printed boarding pass in Morocco to leave this was slightly inconvenient when it is advertised that you could pay to get them printed. (However there are many alternative ways to print a boarding pass whilst in Marrakesh)

Location: just 5 mins walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa or 10min walk to Bahia Palace. I could travel for 2-3 hours, come back, have bath, rest and go back to travel. Best location for Marrakech tourist places. Room : Room was good size for the price. It has washbasin, Clean bedsheets and tiles rooms Tour : I got the high Atlas mountain tour from the reception. Small van with small group so that we can enjoy and talk to other tourists easily.

Nothing I didn't liked. Internet was good at the lower floors. Maybe internet speed is slower at the terrace. - For shower, when I bathed in the morning, water was warm. When I bathed again around noon, water was bit cold but managable as outside it was 38 C. So, check with reception about the warm water time, or if they can arrange hot water.

We loved most everything about this hotel. Staff is super kind from reception to breakfast staff. They all made us feel at home. Location was also perfect. Breakfast yummy. They also gave us extra of anything we wanted like bread and super delicious coffee (individually made with a proper coffee machine).

The only 2 drawbacks were the pillows are all waaay too thick to sleep on for 2 out of 3 of us. And the sink water only got up to lukewarm water unfortunately. But with the shower right there this wasnt an issue.

I found myself able to unwind and rejuvenate in this serene retreat, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a peaceful escape. The hotel's location was nothing short of perfect. Situated in a prime area of Marrakech, it provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic attractions. I loved being able to explore the vibrant Medina, with its colorful souks and historical landmarks, all within a short distance from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood offered a delightful mix of local culture and modern amenities, making it a convenient and enjoyable location for my stay.

My only concern during the stay was the lack of air conditioning in one of the rooms. While the other facilities and services were top-notch, the absence of air conditioning in a room can be uncomfortable, especially during warmer months. Having consistent climate control is crucial for guests to enjoy a comfortable and restful sleep, and this aspect should be addressed by the hotel management.

The room was clean and was on the top floor, so we had the terrace outside the room. The staff was friendly. The location was great. We arrived earlier, so they gave us the possibility to get change and store our luggage until the room was ready.

There is no lift (not considered for the score of the review). The staff had a medium-low level of English. I booked a room with a private bathroom but the hot water didn't work. I went to the reception to explain the situation, and the receptionist said that there was a problem with the pipe, so if we needed a shower, we had to use a share bathroom on a lower floor.
