Cleannesses, spaciousness🥳, the staff of the hotel.

Almost the same version of breakfast, I’d appreciate a little of vegetables. At least No ability to pay with a card at the reception Hammam didn’t work and I got that notice on the same day.

The staff were all excellent, especially on reception they helped us along, gave directions. Contacted airport and tour transport. Arranged luggage transport out of medina area. Brilliant

Breakfast to late at 0830 if going on organised tours that start at 0900 from a location you have to walk to. Needed more working space, dressing table ,etc Bedroom seating uncomfortable .

It's incredible that this Riad has only 8,8!...there's something wrong! This Riad is a real place of authenticity and beauty of the traditional maroccan lifestyle....for me it's really amazing! The staff?....about the staff I'd stay here to write for long time! The perfect synthesis of professionality, competence, kindness and symphathy! Every request it's satisfied with a big lovely smile! Thanks guys for your all! Chocran Highly recommended, a landmark in Marrakech!

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful with sorting out activities.

Fantastic central location close to Jemaa el Fnaa (the largest, loveliest square) and any number of covered markets. Turn right out of the hotel and follow the market stalls for 5 mins to the end for the beautiful Bahia Palace on your left. Breakfast was very nice, including really well cooked eggs and several breads and cakes. The interior was lovely, the rooms very sweet, bathrooms (incl nice shower gel and shampoo) excellent and staff on hand 24 hours a day were superb. We left some earrings behind and received a WhatsApp message about them, so these are people you can trust.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me resolve an issue with a local tour and provided useful tips when trying to get a taxi. The room was very spacious and had very good air conditioning. Although it's tucked away from the main square it's in an ideal location to explore the old Medina.

Not much I didn't like about the riad, maybe be aware that the WiFi can be a little slow on the rooftop.

On arrival to Marrakech, there was a 4 hour wait in Immigration-It was chaos and noone knew what was happening. We had no wifi/data and could not contact the hotel to ask if our airport shuttle would wait. Once we were able to get through immigration, we connected with wifi and 'Laila' from the riad spoke with me, even though she was off-shift and it was quite late. The driver had waited all that time! We were so grateful. My sister and I would have been a bit intimidated if we had to find our own way. The room was very very spacious and beautiful and it is pitch black at night which is nice.

The nights were hard to sleep as the noise of motorbikes was so loud. The riad is super close to EVERYTHING-The souks and restaurants etc are on your doorstep, but it's very noisy.

The staf were very nice and kind.

We cantract a trip to the waterfalls at urika but at the end they told us that it was necessary another guide in Urica to go up to the waterfalls, I think we were badly informed. And we did not go to the waterfalls plus we pay 120 euros and the driver only gerts 60.. In Booking there were so different questions when we did the checkout, we had agreed with the conditions in Portugal and then they told us that we have to pay 3% commission if we pay with credit card....and we didn't had a receipt of the payment. It was very confusing and I don't know how is their contract with Booking but I think that if we agreed a value is to respect it.

Nice staff everyone was very nice

What I did not liked was, that I made the reservation for $284.81 and paid for thru Booking.com I was supposed to pay city tax at the Riad when I arrived I was told by Senaa the receptionist that I need to pay $16.24 for city tax and she charged my card $336.96 I have been trying to get reimburse but I was told via WhatsApp to contact Booking.com because no money was withdrawn. I contacted booking.com twice already and keep getting an automated message to send copies of all receipts which I did already twice, and it has been over 1wk and nothing has been done by either party. BEWARE WHEN THEY ASK TO COLLECT THE CITY TAX AT THE RIAD.
