I didn't have any breakfast but my stay was comfortable. Very clean, the rooms were cozy, a good size for one guest, although I think those who like roomier spaces might have some reservations. The staff were friendly and helpful and there weren't maintenance issues worth reporting during my stay (I wasn't inconvenienced enough to at least, and I was only in my room to shower and sleep).

I didn't like my view that much and sometimes the shower water would leak to the outside floor, not too terrible but just little pet peeves.

I am writing to share my recent experience at Hotel Relax Marrakech. My previous stay at this hotel was not up to my expectations, but this time around, I had a much better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome at the reception, which instantly made me feel at home. The staff was courteous, and they provided me with a spacious room, some sweets, and a hot water machine for preparing tea, which was a nice touch. I particularly appreciated that they upgraded me to a suite room, which was very comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The amenities were great, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the only issue I faced was during checkout. On all three occasions that I stayed at this hotel, the lady at the reception did not have enough change to give me when I paid my tax. This situation was uncomfortable for both of us as I had to say: "keep the change." Overall, I had a good experience at Hotel Relax Marrakech, and I would recommend it to others. Despite the small issue during checkout, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future. Sincerely,

Hotel is good but can be excellent with some proper maintenance. Bathroom shower door didn't close properly and the bathroom was literally like a pool after the shower. Also the shower head was on the ceiling which was too high for an average person to reach and fix rhe direction of the shower. Sure it can be cleaned afterwards but long term such issues can cause more damage to the building if left without fixing it. A/C also didn't work during the night. I would have given this hotel a 2/10 had it not been for the wonderful staff at the hotel..they definitely need the support of management to resolve these issues.

The staff in hotel Relax is very welcoming, helpful and kind. The rooms are immaculate and towels and toiletries replenished quickly. Room service is excellent and choice at breakfast also very good considering how cheap it is. The pool is clean and surrounding garden offers shade and greenery. Restaurant staff is incredibly attentive and very kind, the meals are tasty and come in good portions and variety. 24 hour security and security staff is very polite, always ready to offer assistance. The location is great as a big shopping centre is just across the road - taxis are available from there non stop. Restaurants and outlets all around and extremely cheap taxis to the centre or airport, but so many great places to shop and eat walking distance. We will definitely be back as our stay felt like we found a new family here.

just the fact that the swimming pool picture was deceiving. we couldn’t swim purely because the pool was in the shade for almost 95% of the day and even though the temperature was 23/24 degrees, the water was still cold

The service!! Outstanding!! The restaurant for breakfast was nothing short of perfection!! The servers were beyond exceptional! When they heard it was my birthday, they said come back in a half hour - surprise-a Birthday cake-song in English and candles! A whole surprise party! Can you even imagine??Thank you to everyone for my best ever birthday!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location was perfect for us. There is a big parking and with a car you can go anywhere really fast. There are a lot of shops nearby (Marjane, Decathlon, clothingstores, even a harley davidson shop,..) and also a lot of options to eat (pizzahut, restaurants and coffees). The people where really friendly and tried to help us when we had questions. The room was clean.

The light in the bathroom goes on and off automaticaly so when you take a shower or when you sit on the toilet too long without moving the light goes off.

Everything! Hotel provides indeed the best value you can get in Marrakech during high season. It's a three star, but the service is top notch, staff is wonderful, breakfast is good.

Internet connection is flaky and lunch menu could've benefited from some variety. 3 days in the hotel and I got through the menu.

The pool needs renovations. The bathroom light works automatically but stays on for a long time even if no one is inside.. It bothers, especially by night.. I suggest reconfiguring the time parameter of the light.
