I paid for a private swimming pool with the room suite but the pool water was freezing and i only found out that you have to ask reception for the pool heater to be switched on on the last day so i was very cross as the room cost alot and no one had told about heating the pool i especially got this room with a pool as i had a one year old baby with me Poor Service from the Hotel old bathroom fittings room 5 - bath plug not fixed no wash basin in the toilet and the loo made a terrible sound when being flushed poor lighting in the bedroom and living rooms very dusty under the coffee table and sofa curtains did not close properpery

It was simply amazing from A to Z! The staff especially is a wonderful bunch of people, making your stay incredible. The hotel is super luxurious but the staff is not uptight, pretentious or too formal. The food from the various on-site (e.g. Sushi, but also local dishes) restaurants was also very tasteful and of high quality. The room was insane, very spacious, well utilised and we had a huge bathtub and shower. All rooms are unique, so you might have a different room when you book. The beds were what you would dream of to have, the real proper hotel beds - perfect! If you have the chance to go here, do so!

The breakfast was also incredible and lovely. The only thing I would have to comment here is that it was quite a lot that was put on the table, meaning we could not eat everything and it had to be thrown away. From a waste perspective I find this sometimes difficult.

We were very lucky to have opportunity to stay at this property. We got an upgrade to villa with pool which was very comfortable with everything you need including. 2 fireplaces, reading area with comfortable sofas. Very peaceful property with heavenly gardens and relaxing atmosphere. All staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive (special thanks to Simon who was taking care of us with highest attention). Tasty breakfast and in general good food. I hope to be back, it’s an idyllic property to enjoy vacation.

The main attraction are the grounds of the hotel - it is set in a large, spotlessly kept garden with plentiful animals and plants. It makes for a very relaxing retreat in a noisy and chaotic town like Marrakech. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also great quality but very pricey.

The staff was kind but not always as professional as you would expect in a 5* hotel. Breakfast has room for improvement in terms of variety and quality - unlike the restaurant which is great although extremely expensive for Morocco. Transfers to city center are expensive (12 EUR each time) - the shuttle leaves you miles away from the center for no apparent reason.

Beautiful grounds, very well kept, it was an oasis and I absolutely loved the design. There was a free shuttle that left into the town 3 times a day which was super helpful. The staff were friendly and the gym was good.

Our room wasn't cleaned well, particularly the bathroom, and our bedsheets weren't changed. The food is pricey (we had lunch on two days) but that's normal for a hotel of this standard. For a hotel of this calibre, the towels could do with an upgrade. Lastly, replacing the daily plastic water bottles with refillable glass would be better.

Absolutely loved this place. From welcoming us with tea and biscuits, showing the grounds, quality of service, including breakfast, upgrading us to a bigger room, welcoming us in our room with complimentary champagne and snacks - very happy with our stay here that we will definitely be coming back. The entire compound is amazing, meeting the resident animals (peacocks, cats, goats, turtles, frogs), and seeing how the local fruit and veg are grown and maintained. Every corner is beautiful and completely met our desire to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. The spa was also very nice, and enjoyed trying hammam for their first time - not what we expected but would do it again!

The only thing that is outside of the hotel’s control is the frogs can be loud at night, but after a while I was able to doze off (no problems with my husband as didn’t bother him at all). Would still stay at this hotel in the future tho!

Heavenly! We absolutely loved the hotel… It is so incredibly peacefull and stylish. Even thought the hotel was full you have so much privacy because the layout of the hotel is so good. They have beautifull ponds, a lovely pool and garden. They’re are so many places you can just relax without people around. Beautifull bar with fireplaces. Be sure to eat the sushi there. The tajines are lovely but the sushi is also definitely worth your while. The staff is incredible and the managers are there every day, they say hallo to everyone, making sure you have the best stay. If i would recommend one thing is think another set of pictures of the hotel because the current pictures on Booking just don’t do it justice. We are sure to come back again! Thank you so much!

A very tastefully done hotel that had thought carefully about residents' comfort. Lots of greenery and shade. Beautiful shady pathways and places to sit. Excellent service. Easy to get into the city centre or arrange sightseeing tours. Staff courteous and helpful. The private gardens outside the rooms are lovely.

Lovely choices on the lunchtime menu at the poolside bar. Would be good to have some of these available at the bar in the evening.

beautiful property set in a lovely location. amazing attention to detail, everything had been thought through. variety of areas to sit and relax (two restaurants and a bar). a really nice atmosphere throughout the hotel - great food, efficient service, friendly staff, exceptional attention to detail. breakfast was included and was 10/10. the pool was very warm too. our classic room was really spacious reception was also very helpful with organising taxis to/from the airport and to/from Marrakech. just very efficient and seem to be able to cater for every need.

nothing - it was perfect.

Definitely exceeded my expectations! The place was soooooo peaceful which was also due to the fact that it is a 15 minute drive from the medina so away from the chaos. I chose the smallest room as I was travelling solo and it was HUGE. I definitely could’ve shared the suite with a partner. The staff were so lovely and always at your beck and call so I felt very safe despite travelling alone. I will absolutely be back!

The only con is that because it is a little bit outside of the medina, you spend a lot on taxis which can accumulate and the taxi the hotel recommended was expensive. Around 25 USD per 15-20 minute trip so over 50 USD a day. I preferred the taxi service offered by Booking.com as the airport shuffle as it was cheaper. Both options felt safe though!
