This place is a marvellous oasis of peace and good energy. I spent one week here and I loved every second of it. This hotel is managed by very kind and helpful people. The rooms are cosy and in Morocco style, very elegant and well kept. I've felt safe with the taxi drivers from the hotel all the time. Always willing to go extra mile to help me. I loved that there were no noises and even the other customers were quite and respectful of the peace this place had. The terrace on top of the room is breath taking. You can see the atlas mountains. Around the hotel is just desert-like plains with palms, blue sky and mountains on the horizon. No noises, lots of nature and peace and if you want to go in the Marrakech city centre they offer a free shuttle service twice a day. Everything is spotless clean. Cab from or to the airport is 200DHM/ 20€. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. I would suggest just some fruit and water other than coffe, tea, milk and orange juice. Fresh and beautiful swimming pool. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant for very good prices. The energy of this place is very good and safe. I loved it so much that I will be back next month. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, this hotel. And as a heavy traveler I can say that this wast probably my best holiday ever. Thank you everyone at the hotel for being so kind and helpful. Arianna from Italy.

I would just suggest a choice of fruit at breakfast and still/sparkling water on the buffet.

We simple loved everything! We travelled through the country, and we stayed here 2 nights after arrival and 3 night at the end of our trip. The accommodation was very clean, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, supportive! The room was spacious, bright and quiet. We had the best sleep in this hotel during our holiday. We stayed here with our 2yrs old ,and she has got a comfy cot bed. The breakfast and lunch/dinner was delicious and a lot! Compliment for the chef, she is great! We left early morning to the airport on the way home ,and breakfast was organised for us. They offer free city transfer (and return) 3 times a day. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the wee birds, everybody was so nice to her! The massage and hammam bath was amazing! Must try! I was reading the reviews before booking and noticed that it could be difficult to find the hotel. But we didn't want to go into the city at all, and there was no other issue with the property. As we arrived late , and didn't want to get lost with a 2 yrs old ,we requested a transfer, which was no problem at all. Cost €20.00. It was a great decision, since ,the hotel is very well hidden. The gps offers a few routes but always make sure you book the one which goes on the main road (P2008) even if it is longer. We picked up our rented car 2 days later. I would suggest to place some signs out for the guests from the main road, I am sure it would be very beneficial and would mean even better reviews. All in all, we loved it and would stay here again! the staff’s really helpful and welcoming. the property is easily reachable from marrakech - but useful advice is, do not try to reach it from the direction of the palmerie cause there’s no road from there. the bed is really comfortable, our favourite part was the pool and the rooftop with nice view of the palmerie. very good value for the money, i totally recommend

only thing i would say as negative is the breakfast. there are a lot of delcious sweet cakes but i missed the wider selection of salty foods like eggs or cheeses.

Bit far from main Marrakech city however they provide free taxi ride to town from 10 to 13.00 and 15.00 to 19.30 but you can only choose one time slot a day which is not enough .

Staff generally very friendly and helpful with some of them exceeding the expectations (both male rest/bar staff). Also reception staff very friendly. The hotel decorations, layout stunning. Loads of space to seat/lay around the place. Pool is nice during hot days. I really loved my massage after hammam. Congrats to the lady.

The cattle smell and flies were a big downside for me, even worse with 40 degrees. I had my legs full of fly bites. The trash around the palmerie doesn't help. I don't mind the distance from Marrakech Centre but I was told we have free shuttle to Marrakech twice a day and we had to pay 20 DM per person (go&return). So please update the info regarding shuttle fee.

the rooms where amazing the athosphere really good and the staff super nice we had dinner there on the terrace and it was delicious the pool area was very good and so was the spa the space is great there are so many different rooms and feels authentic

far from Marrakesh but they run twice daily a shuttle for only 2 euros per person ( and the driver is really friendly ) because the hotel is in the countryside there were far too many flies and it can get dusty

original Kasbah absolutely beautiful! inner courtyard with fountain & flowering cacti, multiple general purpose rooms with big comfy couches, tables. chairs, internet access and views to die for! The property is remote in an area of family dwellings near a river and generally so quiet and unspoiled the only reminder of where we were was the sound of the Call to Prayer, birdsong and occasional vehicles.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! It was perfect!

The staff were exceptional nothing was any trouble to them. Although it’s out of the way it’s far better than the hustle and bustle of the main city. It’s about 25 minutes from the main centre which was not an issue for us.

The food could have been better however the staff were wonderful and over looked this we ended up going out most evenings anyway.

A superb location. All the staff very good and very nice, he helps you every time with whatever you need, all the staff are very kind and very open, always in a good mood. Congratulations to the host for the beautiful and hospitable welcome you show, if I come to Marrakesh again, I will definitely come to you again

Be careful, if you come from Marrakesh with your own car, the gps puts you on a 10 minute potholed and unpaved road, when I left the hotel, the gps put me on an ok road.

I like the hotel, staff was very will mannered helpful kind friendly.

First it was far away from city centre, they provided ys shuttle service . I would like if they have a kettle in the main kitchen for anyone who wants to have tea anytime they want .
