Facilities were good, staff very friendly and always willing to help. Hotel had a shuttle bus to City centre which is excellent.Food overall was very good.

Would like seen better maintenance of the rooms- ie a few tiles missing from balcony floor, mirror light just handing on wall also shower fan missing cover plate( I do not think it’s up to the customer to advise) cleaning staff or regular inspections. But that’s me being very picky!!!

The staff were amazing, the pools were clean and big. The food was so well better that my expectations. A lot to choose from, food was always fresh. The breakfast buffet was the best I ever had lol Room bed (king size)was so comfortable and the shower was big and in good working condition. And the decor is just

It took me few days to get use to the pool temperature. I found it a bit cold. It would of been perfect if that pool was heated. The last shuttle leaves at 6pm. A bit later would of been helpful. The dinner at the hotel was a bit overpriced in my opinion as i only have breakfast included. I guess the all inclusive option was probably make more sense.

Beautifully clean space, gardening was perfection Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind Food was AMAZING!!!!!! Only ate out of the hotel once and it wasn't worth it. Had breakfast only but ate dinner at hotel approx. £30pp Adults only pool was calm, quiet but with friendly people Drinks were AMAZING! Free hourly daily shuttle bus from hotel to main Marrakesh where the market and souks are There are also cabs outside Most excursions can pick you up from the hotel

Charming casita-style rooms, comfortable beds. Great food and beverages, and wide variety of delicious options at the buffet. Enjoyable live music, DJ, and other entertainment options. Super helpful and friendly desk staff. Wait staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Attractive and well maintained grounds. Truly exceptional spa: clean, beautiful, and relaxing, with talented (and strong!)staff.

Pool was a little bit cold for my liking (unheated). Also I did not care for the byzantine towel procedure. At the quiet pool I was told I needed to pick up a towel at the family pool. At the family pool I was told I needed a towel card from the front desk... And then there was a line at the front desk. At that point I gave up. Finally, I usually like to be walking distance from shops and restaurants: this is not the hotel for that kind of trip. But if you want to be pampered outside the city core, this is a lovely, relaxing, and affordable option.

smelled really nice throughout the hotel. it’s really big and clean and the garden is beautiful and taken care of and watered daily. it’s nice and quite was amazing to chill and relax at the end of my travels. staff are very attentive. daily room cleaning was nice. the hotel is modern. The shower had good pressure. the room was bigger than I was expecting and had strong AC. the pool is a good size there’s no music so it’s nice and quite and relaxing. they do have another pool which is the zen pool. the water aerobics was really fun to do. that was the only time they had music on. there’s plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable and big sun umbrellas. they have a free shuttle to the main city multiple times throughout the day which you can book anytime and drops you off at koutoubia. my flight was at 8pm and they let me use the pool after checkout which was really nice.

food at the pool bar / room service is expensive would be better if the shuttle could drop off closer to jemaa el-fna as it was long walk to where it drops you off at the parking spot

We had hassles with the rooms being near to a construction site and apart. Finally, after 1 hour with reception staff we accepted ground floor rooms with a corridor to connect. The lock was broken, but they fixed it in one day when I complained. This hotel has not interconnecting rooms, so not suitable for a family looking for this.

Room issue as not as described for a family

The well maintained gardens , stunning the variety of food at the all inclusive buffet was. amazing

the beds mattress were rock hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on , we actually got backpain from it not Muslim friendly in terms of alcohol onsite and no private pool area( segregated pool areas) for women .. too much half naked men and women everywhere

Everything was provided for our comfort and relaxation.All the staff extremely helpful. The grounds are stunning well tended, and so extensive creating a wonderful environment even down to the recorded bird song at night time.The Morrocon duo who played music in the bar each evening , were superb and deserve to make the big time !

The only suggestion is that at the adult,pool admittedly only a handful of guests, but the guy handing out the towels was there all the day, with very little to do.He could have easily had some soft drinks and water on sale, as it was long walk to the hotel bar area.

Fantastic friendly staff and helpful. Beautiful environment for relax with family, kids or even alone. The room was comfortable and the food was great! We had good help with all the programs we wanted.

The coffee as I have milk allergy there was no alternative milk option.

I travelled alone but I was also part of a large group celebrating a friend’s destination birthday party and it worked out well on both levels.

I tried to call the hotel from outside but nobody picked up the phone. Messages were not responded to quickly.
