The property was very clean and modern, bedding was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and so were the towels which were changed daily, which were cleaned and delivered by a company. Halima and her son Enes and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite, we all felt comfortable around them especially my wife and daughter, Halima made sure that we were all well fed before leaving the riad, who kept the riad clean and tidy.

We booked a total of three rooms for 5 adults, the room that me and my wife were in was downstairs so we were woken up by the other guests who were having breakfast outside our window, and we had to keep our windows and door curtains drawn for privacy which I didn’t like. However my children were upstairs on the second floor and their rooms were far superior in fact they were both amazing beautifully decorated with a beautiful bathrooms. Also we didn’t realise that the riad has a total of 5 bedrooms and we booked only 3, so there were other guests staying in this riad, and it was these guests that woke me up a few times.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was very cold in the room, but we understand it’s December and the houses in Marrakech are built for very hot climate. Maybe some blankets in the room would be very useful in winter months.

Everything! Beautiful Riad located in the middle of the Medina on a quiet street. Host organises airport transfers and makes sure you are delivered directly to the door. Bedroom very clean, bed extremely comfortable. Fabulous breakfast every morning. All staff kind, and helpful. We had a ground floor room but there was no noise at all. Highly recommended

Our BEST riad/accomodation so far in Morocco! We have stayed now in a few. If you are staying in Marrakesh choose Riad Al Riad. We wish we could have stayed longer. Samira, Anis, Mohsin and Halima’s warm welcome and exceptional care was a real joy. (Halima’s breakfast was the best we have had!) We arrived very late from the UK and couldn’t have chosen a better place to start our trip in Morocco. We walked to wonderful rooftop cafes and restaurants like Nomad and Cafe Epices. Les Jardin Secret was right next door and well worth the visit. Whilst the riad was in the Medina it was very quiet at night. It’s a perfect location for exploring this gorgeous area. We will be back to stay and join Samiras cooking classes. Thank you Riad Al Riad! You were great. Linda & David

Beautiful place very central only a 15 minute walk to the main square. Area felt very safe and easy to get to. Inside was quiet and very pretty. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the food here was incredible. They do a fantastic breakfast. They staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We were on the ground fall and had a glass door so only had privacy when closing the curtains which made the room dark.

Amazing riad in the heart of the Medina in Marrakech, with even more amazing hosts! They were all very, very kind, especially Mohcine, who helped us out several times on different occasions. We enjoyed very much the breathtaking view of the rooftop terrace, and highly recommend the cooking class they organize (also on the rooftop at sunset time!). Thank you for taking such a good care!!!

We had an amazing stay at this riad! The staff were extremely accommodating and I really felt like they made the most effort to give us the best impression of Morocco. Samira and Mohcine were attentive to us and whatever we needed, I would love to come back and stay here again, and a big thank you to them both. The decor and room is so pretty, there is lovely seating area in the lobby and on the terrace as well us sun-beds. The free airport transfer is great and much needed to transport your luggage as the riad is within the souks and cars don’t have access. You won’t regret booking this stay, apart from the great hospitality it is close to Souk Semmarine and Jemaa el-Fnaa.

Everything! It’s a beautiful facility- very clean with modern rooms. Location was great- nestled in the Medina. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was outstanding and so kind! We took a cooking class with Samira and she taught in a way that we remembered the key points of Moroccan cooking. One of our party had an unexpected injury and the staff was so helpful in helping us deal with it.

The staff was exceptional. Mohcine, the day manager, is an amazing cook - ask him for a (paid) cooking lesson! The sheets and towels were pressed and fresh and the bed very comfortable. I felt very well taken care of during my 2 night stay.

It is French style with Moroccan influence. But clean and very nice. A little hard to find so call ahead and ask for Aziz to bring you and your bags.
