We stayed in 2 different riads, and this one felt like a cozy home because of the people and the atmosphere. We loved our terrace room and the view with amazing sunsets. Everyone is saying only good things about guys, and both are amazing, welcoming, and helping, but.... BUT.... madam Aziza!!!! Give this woman a michelin star!!! As a ciliac traveler, i never felt taken care of THAT MUCH. This woman knows how to surprise you with a wonderful dinner and will pay attention to your allergies and attend to your needs!! Madam Aziza, you are a superstar!

The shower ... may be just during our stay it was challenging. And wifi connection was working only with opened door🫣 and very slow... like almost non existing. But those are tiny things and mean nothing in comparison to MADAM AZIZAS FOOD 🤤🤤🤤

- Ayoud was exceptional! He went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs by waking up really early to give us breakfast according to our plans, to answering all our questions, to providing practical help based on our interests of each day. - Breakfast and dinner were really good. Indeed dinner was one of the best tagines in Marrakesh as Ayoud promised. - The riad had a certain "family" vibe and staff really helped in this.

- If staying on the ground floor, expect some lack of privacy as the windows overlook the dining area and it can also get noisy. This is how riads (instead of hotels) are structured.

Fantastic stay at Riad Kenzo! Great communication from Damien ahead of our stay, e.g. to book airport transfer. During our stay Ayoub and Mohammed always went the extra mile. Superb service! Had pre-booked dinner upon arrival: three courses of local cuisine which was delicious. Breakfast was plenty. Rooms are authentic and clean. Booked a Hammam experience at the Riad which was great: body scrub (special Hammam room in the Riad) and 1h massage (in a cute room on the roof terrace). Location is fab: in the middle of old town yet quiet at night. Would highly recommend Riad Kenzo.

Riad hosts, Ayoub and Mohammed, were very friendly and welcoming, they gave great recommendations and made us feel comfortable as two females travelling together. The airport shuttle was very well organised and took us door to door. The riad itself was beautiful and peaceful compared to the old medina outside, we liked coming back each evening! The terrace had sun loungers and seating for relaxing during the day. A great stay! p.s. Ayoub makes the best Moroccan tea

No complaints but the water pressure could be stronger!

Really love the fact that this is a proper riad, it made us really feel to be in Morocco and be amongst the local but still close to the Square, restaurants and pick up points for trips. Ayoub, our host, has really made sure we are looked after and made our first trip to Marakkech enjoyable even though our trips were booked with Booking.com. The picture of the riad is a true reflection of how it really looks like, and would love to stay there again in the future. You can also avail their 3 course meal for €17 each, and its worth it!

It comes with daily breakfast but due to some circumstances, we only had one proper one even though supposedly, we are promised to have a small equivalent at least. Bit disappointed. We also booked for Hammam package but due to communication issue, the treatment got staggered instead. Construction was being done next door, bit noisy but only happened in the day.

Staff were very welcoming and gave an incredible helping hand to all the sights to see and things to do in Morocco. The riad is beautiful with amazing colourful tiles, cushions, etc… the skylight and evening lighting around the place is a beautiful accompaniment to it all. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal and couldn’t be faulted. More than enough food to be full and quick service always. Finding beer in Morocco isn’t easy so being able to have a beer in the riad for 3 euro was a welcome surprise. Lovely rooftop with sun loungers to relax on. Rooms were also really nicely decorated. 24 hour front desk with helpful staff to arrange airport transfers. Also, very safe with the front door being locked and managed through morning and night. Safe in room to lock belongings was nice. Riad is right in the middle of the town so easy to get about. No busses or taxis needed for anywhere in our stay.

Lighting in the room was very pretty but sometimes was a little dark when trying to be more practical Some parts of the room were a little dusty. Shower was cold a lot of the time, took a while to heat up and felt like hot water ran out a little quick. Breakfast on some days was less food than others.

It is located in the medina and very accessible/walking distance to local restaurants, shops and the tourist attractions in Marrakesh. We contacted them beforehand, so they booked a taxi for us from the airport which dropped us in the main street and a lovely man helped us with our luggage and led us through the streets into the riad. The riad and its facilities were how it looked like in the photos, giving one the cool Moroccan vibe. We had the traditional dinner when we arrived and it was the best out of all the ones we tried in Morocco-thanks to their cook! (Must try!) We tried the Hammam for the first time, what a very fun experience-thanks to Aisha and the massuese! Our room was cleaned and arranged everyday. Lovely breakfast served every morning with fresh pressed juice! The only issue was the Wifi-but it wasnt a problem for us since we purchased sims for mobile data. Our appreciation goes to all the staff. They made our stay great and memorable and were very kind to accommodate our requests. Fati was responsive to our questions when we emailed them weeks before our trip, very knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely Ayoub welcomed us and made sure we were taken cared of from the minute we arrived to when we left. Hassan was very welcoming and friendly too! If we’d go back to Morocco, we would definitely go back to Riad Kenzo!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Phil, Rhio and Eunice

This is the most beautiful little Riad in the heart of Marrakech souks where the staff made our stay first class. If you are looking for a real Moroccan experience book this Riad as you will not be disappointed. The rooms are all individual and so traditionally Moroccan they are just amazing. All of the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful, Fati and Mohammed are beautiful people who go out of their way to help you adapt to the souks and survive, without them we still may be lost! The domestic staff & cooks are also lovely, their food is soooo tasty please do eat with them as the flavours are true Morocco. Also, the spa treatments are a must, please do the Hammam, your skin will never have felt so good! The massage also highly recommended.

Nothing at all to dislike.

The Riad looked like the pictures. The breakfast was good - not a continental one, you get it once you seat; so it's fresh. Swimming pool accessible. The staff was amazing!

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn't always working in our room. If you want to cool down, you can go in the swimming pool, but then you need to go up to the terrace - not super convenient. We couldn't find the Riad at first, as it was into a narrow street and there were no indications.

staff were top class, very helpful and professional, fatima during the day time and i can’t remember the name of the man who worked night, they both gave us best service very clean Riad good location to the Madina old madina if you want a difference experience to traditional hotel, this is the one, you can feel like local moroccan when staying in Riad

breakfast option could have been better clear directions to the hotel in the welcome email, that way guests can half of the money spend on Taxi arranged by hotel( using hotel taxi is highly recommended, otherwise u will not find the place)
