Beautiful little oasis in a very safe part of the Medina. Adnane made us feel very welcome and arranged a transfer from the airport for our late flight, which was very much appreciated and made our arrival a lot easier. We booked the dinner our first night and it was delicious - the best chicken tagine of our trip! Adnane gave us great recommendations for activities and places to visit. Most things were easily walkable from the great location.

Beautiful riad with authentic interior! Very helpful staff: helped us with arranging taxi from airport and leading the way to riad (it would be hard to find on our own for the first time since it is located in the heart of old Medina). Barbara had been offering excellent customer service from the moment we booked the riad! Yousef was very kind, happy to answer all our questions!

The morning are cold in early January, so having breakfast in open air courtyard was a bit of adjustment for us, but the air was fresh and crisp. The breakfast was standard but staff was very accommodating in offering additional tea and eggs by our demand.

Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, considering it was only €2 (or free with Genius benefits). The location was perfect. It is in the medina, but the immediate area is quite quiet. Around the corner there are souks, restaurants, and rooftop bars. Yet, it's not as busy as the crowds near Jemaa-el-Fna. Youssef, Barbara, and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Not just with questions regarding our stay, but also helping us with getting around or setting up our internet.

There wasn't a hook to hang the shower head. Minor inconvenience.

Excellent communication from Barbara, who responded to my booking within minutes. I had lots of questions over the weeks, all of which were answered promptly. Definitely book the airport transfer, it takes the stress out of having to find the Riad on arrival, and Yousff will meet you at the taxi drop off and accompany you to the house. Beautiful Riad, down some wee winding alleyways which adds to the Adventure. Very quiet considering its central location. We had a delicious dinner the first night, the tomato sauce dish is still my favourite. Yousff was very helpful throughout our stay and seemed to be on hand day and night!!! Beautiful, charming rooms and lovely central courtyard.

Breakfast was fine, but more choice and quantity would bring this review up to a 10 all round.

Riad Dalia is a gorgeous gem. It was homey and beautiful. We took advantage of the rooftop area each night, where it was peaceful and provided a lovely view. Breakfast was fantastic. More than enough, diverse and delicious. The location is ideal, close to lots of restaurants and amenities, but far enough from the noisy, busy open market. Staff were really helpful and genuine. The room was decorated beautifully.

The only thing I can think of is that when you turn off the busy street to go to the riad, it is a bit of a dark maze of alleys in the evening. At first, this seemed dodgy, until we realized that we simply were walking through a neighbourhood of homes full of lovely and welcoming people. Oh, and it would have been nice to have a small fridge and a garbage can (other than the tiny one in the bathroom).

It was the best concierge service I ever experienced. Youssef was a perfect caretaker and organizer to make the stay perfect. Accompaniment to the starting points, taking care of all the necessary things in the riad, organization, supporting and coordination to reach my places. Always checking if everything worked out and being on the phone/message when I needed help all day. The Riad itself is very relaxing and refilles your power everytime you go back there. It is extremly quiet and a lot of different birds come to visit there all day and make the atmosphere very special. The place feels very classic in a local way, without missing any convinience and is extremly relaxing. It is inside the labyrint of Medina, but easy to find and to get there. Everything around feels save and comfortable. It is also directly within the areas of the markets, but it is easy to quickly get everywhere with different transportation. The breakfast is very good and the tea is legendary. The WLAN as strong and fast. I will stay there any time again.

Great price - quality! Good location nearby jardin du secret. Youssef was super helpful and gave us alternatives when jardin majorelles was fully booked (tip: book well in advance)! Room was clean.

Booked 4 days in total which we wanted to change to 3. I asked to change the 4 to 3 days a month in advance and got told this should go via booking whilst I filed the request.. in the end didn't get the night back which is a shame.

Riad Dalia was the perfect choice: Customer experience: talking with Charaf, getting him recommendations or asking explanations about Marrakech or simply sharing with him your activities during the day was amazing; or Adnan who surprised us with a no asked tea at the riad rooftop during the sunset and the night after accompain us to the taxi place of meeting at 3.30 AM. Value for money. Position: inside the Medina but far from the caos. Very close to main services needed (eg. 200m from exchange). Rooftop: possibility to admire sunset from a priveleged position (see picture). Wi-Fi: surprised by the quality and the speed of wi fi. I could also work from there. Riad Dalia's architecture: real moroccan riad (see picture). Marrakech & its people: amazing, extremely safe, funny. We want to come back.

Some parts of the room could be old, but the value for money overlay these kind of issue.

This riad is absolutely beautiful and feels very authentic. The courtyard is gorgeous, our room was large and also beautiful decorated, the bed was comfy and the riad is quite at night. It's perfectly placed near the main square. We had dinner at the riad and it was the most delicious dinner we had during our whole vacation. It was spiced amazingly and felt very traditional and it was lovely to eat in the courtyard. Best of all was the staff who was so kind and friendly and genuine. He met us at our taxi to bring us to the riad and at 3am walked us again to our taxi. Incredible service. Our best stay in Morocco.

Arriving in Marrakech for the first time, this little Riad was an oasis of tranquility. We appreciated the calm, friendly staff (especially Adnane) who made our brief stay so memorable and took care of all our needs with graceful ease. We loved the roof top terrace, the simple deliciousness of our evening meal (3 courses for 15 euros) and our room on the first floor which looked out over the inner courtyard with its orange trees (in fruit) and water feature. We felt so lucky to have found Riad Dalia and hope to return one day for a longer visit. Inshallah
