I cannot say enough good things about this riad and the staff. From the beautiful decor and rooms, to the smiling team always willing to help, to a wonderful daily breakfast, everything was just perfect. I found myself wanting to go back to the riad after doing all the touristy things in Marrakech to reset and unwind, it was truly like an oasis. It is also worth noting that the location is fantastic as it is in the medina but not so deep that you find yourself lost. In addition, they have a partnership with the hotel next door for a fantastic hammam experience and provided me with everything I needed to facilitate a seamless stay from airport transfers to a sim card. Thank you, merci to the team for their hospitality and kindness. I will most definitely be back.
Everything was perfect.

The location was great! It was a very short walk from Bacha Coffee and a central street for taxis, transportation, tour pick-up etc and close to restaurants, small eateries and the souks for shopping. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and were always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. The room was very nice with great bathroom facilities, air conditioning, and multiple sets of towels for showering, which when you are on vacation is nice! The bed was very comfortable and the riad is quiet in the mornings for peaceful sleep. Breakfast in the morning is a must and a great way to try different breakfast options, coffee and mint tea. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the rooftop terrace but when we did, it was nice and quiet. A great place to relax, take a nap or recharge. The staff set up public transportation on a return trip to the airport, which was convenient and stored our bags on our last day so we could visit the city before our evening flight.

A very clean and comfortable Riad situated in a relatively calm area of the Medina. Very close to Basha Coffee Cafe and just a 7 minute walk through the Souks to the Square. The Riad itself was very modern and felt like a high quality and tastefully decorated place to stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering advice and recommendations for places to eat and visit. We did eat at the Le Pelerin on the first night that we arrived, as our flight arrived in the evening and the food was AMAZING. Probably my favourite meal in all of Morocco. Every breakfast had a slight variation of fruit and authentic homemade pastries, breads and cakes. We had a great time staying here and would absolutely book again!
Only thing to note is the Riad is located through a section of dark and narrow streets, away from the main path of the Medina, we were never approached with hostility, it always felt completely safe but is worth mentioning that some people may find it a little intimidating if travelling alone. But this is the first Riad I’ve stayed in, so I imagine most of them are like this.

The interior design was lovely, the riad was clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay. The safe were very welcoming and friendly. Rasheed and Ismail in particular were very welcoming friendly and helpful. I felt like I was staying with family during my visit. As a solo traveller I was very nervous about staying in a riad that was situated in the old part of town and requires walking through the narrow streets but as this riad is located very close to the palace, there is security around every corner and you are perfectly safe in this area. I was met at the road side and escorted to the riad by ismail on my arrival and I was also escorted to the roadside on my check out too. Suffice to say female solo traveler friendly. Price is very competitive what you get too. The only thing this road is missing is a spa but there is one next door in the sister riad and I do recommend going to the spa at the sister riad as the hammam experience was lovely. You can also have WhatsApp contact with the riad during your stay so that is comforting too. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast every morning was wonderful. Good quality and freshly served. I liked the attentiveness of the staff, especially Rasheed and Ismail who were so very helpful wit hany question or request! Rooms were absolutely clean and presentable. Balcony and terrace on rooftop is stunning. The ambient music makes the place feel so cosy, calm and safe.
It was a little cold at night and I wish the AC unit was also able to heat the rooms. the small electric heater fan was adequate anyways. The warm water would turn cold after maybe 10 mins in the shower so I know there is a limit. but it would be nice to know there is warm water readily available throughout.

As a female solo traveler, I highly recommend Riad Le Pélerin! Not only because the Riad is beautifully designed and clean, but the staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful! I appreciated being walked to the Riad on my first day, given a map and recommendations. I spent 7 nights here and felt completely safe and taken cared of. To the staff: Thank you for walking me at 5AM to my air balloon excursion, making me breakfast to-go, helping me with my Glovo food orders, helping me book a hamman, and cleaning my room every day. I also want to thank you for asking about my day and giving me your time to chat. It can sometimes feel lonely when traveling alone, but you guys treated me as a friend. Overall, thank you for your hospitality, guys!
Loved it here.

10/10 stay in Marrakech, definitely recommend. The staff are the highlight, so friendly and no request is too much. I would come back just for them! The hotel itself is beautiful, with great rooms and social spaces. Rooms have everything you could need. It really is hard to believe just moments away is the chaos of Marrakech as this riad is so peaceful and calm. There is a taxi pick up / drop off area less than a 5 minute walk away, which is great considering the proximity to the medina! (Where taxis can’t go). The area itself is lovely and feels safe.

They took care of 2 transports from the airport for my husband and I that were on different flights. They made sure to welcome us at the connecting road that leads to the Riad. I asked to have meals for both my husband and I at both our arrivals. We had 2 delicious meals as soon as we arrived. The hospitality was at its best. Ismail and Rachid were exceptional with us. They made sure we had a good price for taxis and they also made sure we were with the guide when we got dropped of by the taxi in the square by calling the guide to confirm. The service was outstanding. The breakfasts we had each morning were absolutely delicious. Ismail even call our next Riad to make sure everything was okay for us, since we had a little bit of confusion with our next destination. Ismail and Rachid were the 2 employees we met, but there is also amazing housekeepers in the back of that service that needs to be recognized and congratulated for their amazing work. I recommend this Riad 200% and would have booked again knowing it was THAT AMAZING. I also recommend their Hamam (Spa) called Nyla that is right beside the Riad Le Pèlerin. it is the same manager/owner. My husband and I took both 2h30min Hamam and it was absolutely relaxing and beautiful !!! Worth every penny !!
Not a complaint, but more of a strong recommendation : In Morocco, they prefer cash over credit. Bring cash. Bring cash everywhere !

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Riad Le Plerin. The modern and beautiful riad lived up to the images presented. The rooftop with sun beds was a highlight, perfect for relaxation. The spacious, clean rooms and delicious continental breakfast were impressive. Situated in the Medina it's safe and quiet and a great base to explore markets, restaurants, and entertainment. A truly memorable experience that blended comfort, aesthetics, and convenience.
