We’ve had a very nice stay at Riad Orange. Aziz and Mohamed are two very friendly hosts and were really helpful. The Riad itself is located in a quiet part of the Medina and not too far away from the smaller square (+-5 min walk) and main square (+-15 min walk). Lots of great restaurants around, but also the breakfast in the Riad was great! The Riad has a nice rooftop terrace with great sun beds!

We would say that if we could name one constructive feedback point, it is the following; This is not something the hosts can completely avoid, but we we’re staying here when there were 2 families with little children staying in the Riad. As all rooms are around the garden in the middle, it is quite noisy, especially as they have a couple of djembe’s and drums in the shared space. This is not ideal for couples/families that want to sleep longer than until 8 or 9 o’clock. We would suggest to take the djembe’s and drums away.

Riad Orange is extremely close to a number of touristic attractions in Marrakech, such as: Jemaa el-Fna Square, the Souks, the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Badi Palace, the Museum of Culinary Arts, among others. Regarding the stay, the staff is tireless. Aziz and Mohamed are always around so we can feel as at home as possible and whenever I needed anything they would help in anyway they could. Aziz is as protective as can be, and Mohamed as funny and chatty. They are gems. The ladies in the kitchen are also very friendly and, more than that, they cook extremely well. It is definitely a "must" to stay at this cozy Riad.

This was our first time visiting Morocco and Aziz and Muhammad made our stay so special. Breakfast was delicious, our room was gorgeous, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Muhammad greeted us during the night when we arrived from the airport and helped us with our luggage. Aziz was amazing, he gave us advice on where to shop, what prices to pay and where to visit. Aside from this Riad being in an ideal central location and it is a beautiful place to stay, Aziz, Muhammad and the ladies working in the Riad were some of the nicest most genuine people we met during our time in Morocco. Thank you for welcoming us and making our time here so special!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the riad was cozy and comfortable. The Breakfast meals are amazing! I'd definitely recommend it, specially if you are staying at the main rooms with view to the courtyard !

Our room was located on the terrace, near the breakfast tables. There should be some sort of signage to let people know there was a room there, as it was loud early in the mornings. But I am sure if people knew of the room there, they would be more self aware. Also, in this room, there was no door at the toilet, which can get weird if you're not a couple ( I was staying with a friend).

The staff were very nice and helpful in providing advice and recommendations, and the location of the riad was very convenient - central in the medina. The breakfast provided was also great and a pleasant surprise during our stay.

There was a bit of noise leakage in the bedroom in the nighttime but not an issue if you’re not a light sleeper and also it would die down by midnight.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in - the hospitality is outstanding! Both Mohamed and Aziz were so welcoming and even attempted to teach me a few Arabic words. I am so grateful to them both for making my stay in Marrakech wonderful and for all of the great suggestions (plus help finding the ATM). The breakfast was amazing and I also ate dinner my first night there and it was fantastic. The room was also wonderful and the entire Riad is charming, especially the rooftop terrace. Also thank you to Astrid for her amazing communication via Booking.com! I will definitely be coming back! :)

The staff in Riad Orange were really friendly and helpful. Mohamed met us from our taxi to greet us and guide us to the Raid. he was always has a smile and he is good to laugh with. He even served breakfast at 5.30am one morning for us, and let us borrow his phone charger. Asif also had a friendly smile and was fun to laugh with. Both very helpful with any question we had or anything we needed.- walking with us to show us where to find a spa, also when leaving walking with us to get a taxi to say goodbye and make sure we get a good price. we really like the location of the Raid. Easy to find and away from the busier streets. the bed was really comfy. some other riads we stayed at were a bit hard, but this was nice and soft. very clean and stylish place tasty breakfast with large portions

Great location, lovely rooftop to rest and relax. Delicious and substantial breakfasts. Very peaceful. What we loved most about Riad Orange was the amazing staff- they were all so friendly and accommodating. Very genuine people who made our stay an absolute pleasure. We would love to come back to Riad Orange one day.

I stayed at this lovely riad and absolutely loved the experience! First, i wanted to thank all the staff for making me feel at home and for helping me with everything always. The rooms and the common areas are beautiful. You can have amazing breakfast at the sunny rooftop . Hope to stay at this riad again when i come back to Marrakech.

The riad was beautiful and elegant, my room was clean and comfortable and well decorated. It had a lovely private bathroom and air conditioning, which was very handy since the temperatures were close to 40ºC during the two weeks I stayed there. The terrace is lovely and it felt great to have breakfast there as soon as I woke up, it just put me in a wonderful mood from the very beginning of the day. Also, in the evenings when it was cooler, I loved going there to read or watch a movie on my laptop, or just chill. That terrace really is a blessing. The place is very well located, about a 10-minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa Square - which is the main square in Marrakech - 10-minutes from Koutoubia Mosque - the largest mosque in Marrakech - and about 3-minutes from the Bahia Palace. This is great, of course, since you can leave for a walk and in just a few minutes find yourself in the middle of a souk, or surrounded by restaurants or sightseeing. And yet, once you return to the riad, everything is silent and you can get a great night's sleep. To me it felt like an oasis in the middle of busy Marrakech and often during the day I would just go back to the riad for a bit of me-time, or just to get away from the heat, take a shower, or chill a bit. Having said this, what made my experience so great really was the staff. Anouar, Bushra and Ayoub (please forgive me if I wrote your names wrong) truly made my stay wonderful. They were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. Every evening when I returned to the riad, Anouar would offer me a drink and we'd sit and chat, which became a lovely part of my days. In the morning Bushra made a delicious breakfast which just made my start of the day so happy and wholesome. They constantly asked me how I was and seemed to truly care about how I was doing and how my stay was going.

They advertise the riad as having a pool. It doesn't, it has only an inflatable jacuzzi. I used it sometimes to cool myself but definitely I was looking forward to using a pool when I first arrived. Like I said, I was often asked if I'd like a drink, coffee, water, tea, and - maybe naively - I assumed this was included. To my surprise, at the end of my stay all the cups of tea I had were discriminated there. I don't mind paying for it, I just would like to have known in advance. If someone says "Can I offer you some coffee, tea?" I assume it's included. Otherwise I prefer being given a menu to pick from, which also makes me realise these drinks aren't included.
