Riad Diana was the perfect introduction to Morocco! As the first riad we chose, The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a large, comfortable bathroom. Everything was perfectly maintained, leaving us with absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff was incredibly kind and polite, always ensuring we felt welcome and cared for. The riad itself is full of charm, and its location is fantastic—close to local parking areas and just a short walk from the beautiful Bahia Palace, one of the must-visit spots in Marrakech. It was undoubtedly the right choice for our stay, offering great comfort at a fair price. Thank you for making our experience so great!

Nothing to say, just keep doing a good job!

Could use more lighting at bedside, and more plugs for devices. It is a converted building though. We ordered the lamb terrine dinner for 2 served on the inside patio, and it was very romantic and excellently prepared.

Only confusion was paying for the extras. The room was charged by card, but it wasn't clear that we needed Moroccan currency to pay for the meal. They graciously converted to Euros for us We were also disappointed that we weren't informed that most of the historical buildings were closed because of the earthquake 2 weeks before. Still enjoyed our time.

Staff...Youssef, Rachida were friendly and helpful. The rooms are morrocan decor and design.. Breakfast service was good. Delicious dinner of Tagine with Olives (pre-ordered) was served to us on arrival. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Good proximity to many places as we could walk down to most places ...the souks, Jemaa el Fna Square, and El Badi Palace .

The sewage smell from the bathroom drain was strong especially after a shower and closing it didn't make much of a difference. I expected to pay with my card on arrival as that's what I opted for upon booking but card machine wasn't available and not working when it was available so was told to pay (Dirham) cash. That in itself was stressful as I had to go out to look for an ATM and pay commission on that too. The bathroom could do with more toiletries: handwash etc

Arrived and we were picked up at the airport by our driver. Booked through the Riad and Booking com facility. Always reliable. Helpful and friendly he dropped us off as near as possible and we were helped to the Riad by a young man who popped our cases in a cart and escorted us there. Great Service. Very warm welcome and smooth check in process by the staff in the Riad. The room was lovely and just what was required after a long day of travelling. We had booked a meal on arrival and this did not disappoint. Tasty and served professionally. Bed and the start of our Marrakech adventure. The Riad has been great. The people in the Riad too. Lovely helpful, hard working people who have made our stay very enjoyable. Professional, efficient, friendly and respectful. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily. Appreciated. Breakfast was provided daily and served professionally and with respect. Freshly squeezed orange juice was much appreciated. We booked a Hammam and massage through the Riad. Superb! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We didn't like experiencing the impact of the earthquake which happened on Friday (nothing to do with the Riad or Booking.com) but just to say that in this situation too, staff were there for us and we felt very cared for and looked after. 💗💗💗💗💗

This Riad was very beautiful. It was well decorated, the rooms were big and spacious, with large and comfortable beds. The bathroom was very large (bigger than usual). The staff was available to accomodate our requests. The location is a secluded and reserved space, close to the Medina.

The only issue we had was with the bathroom ventilation. At some point the air was not being renewed and it started smelling like sewage. It was not the best experience. We recomment the Riad to look into it.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Quiet retreat from the hustle of Marrakech.

Booked airport transfer. It was not made clear that the taxi would take us to the entrance of the Medina and then we would have to walk or hire someone else to guide us the rest of the way to the riad

Brilliant stay, brilliant friendly staff, traditional accommodation, location is awesome and close to a lot of the attractions and main markets! Loved the pool to cool off even at 11pm, room was clean, tidy but again staff were brilliant.

Only negative point I can say is the air con could’ve worked better in my room but apart from that brilliant stay!

The staff was amazing, they were super friendly and catered to everything we needed. My husband ended up with a cold on our last couple of days and the staff were kind enough to provide us with hot water and salt in the middle of the night. The location is in the centre which is the perfect place for shopping.

We had an amazing stay! The gentleman on at night gave us a fantastic welcome despite the late hour and all staffe gave the impression that “nothing was a problem” and really meant it! They were happy to help us with where to go and answer any questions and it was no issue for them to keep our bags between check out and flights! The place is beautiful and really well equipped for the price! We will definitely be returning 🙂
