It’s a stunning property perfectly located in the Medina just off the main road. It’s been meticulously updated with every detail well thought out. It has the “wow” factor and yet it’s still so warm and welcoming. Every staff person was marvelous, every one of them aiming to maximize comfort for each guest. It’s clear that the owners take care of the staff, who in turn take great care of the guests.

This isn’t a testament of the property as much as it seems to be a cultural difference for vegetarians and especially vegans. In general there isn’t a strong understanding of vegetarian diets and it’s even harder for vegans. There were a couple times There was meat in our food or milk in vegan foods, but the staff quickly worked to prepare something fresh and off the menu just to feed the two of us which is a testament to their care. The main takeaway is that the people and the property always aim to take great care of you. We would absolutely come back again and will be recommending this little gem to our friends.

5* experience! Riad La Vie is perfectly situated in the Medina, nearby the hustle and bustle of the Souks as well as some key sites to see (Badi Palace, Bahia Palace, Jemma El-Fnaa) - we walked everywhere and didn’t feel the need to use local taxis. On the note of local taxis, we’d recommend asking the Riad to organise this to/from the Airport - it was easy and seamless and the concierge met us as we arrived! As for the Riad, staying at Riad La Vie was really the highlight of our stay. More specifically, the staff’s amazing hospitality - the three concierges & the consultant were so accommodating and made us feel so comfortable during our time in Marrakech. Even during Ramadan they stayed open 24/7 and we really appreciated this! Dinner/breakfast - delicious and homemade - we usually eat out a lot abroad but ended up eating at the Riad because it was so good. Rooftop views - stunning, we enjoyed the Atlas Mountains and hearing the Prayer Calls in the evening. I 100% recommend Riad La Vie, you won’t regret staying there :)

We arrived in Marrakesh and were welcomed with genuine hospitality. The hosts were so sincere and kind. One of the hosts (Utman) cooked us an early breakfast even before the chef arrived for the day because we had to leave for an early tour. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is also very ideal - they are secluded within the bazaar alleyway, close enough to be within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions such as jama el finaa, badi palace, etc. The feeling in the riad is very intimate because there are only 8 other guests.

The vegetarian food accommodations could have been slightly better. If the main meal was chicken and rice, we were given rice without any other protein substitute. Nonetheless, the food was very tasty and the portions were good.

The Riad was beautiful and centrally located in the Medina. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Sabina with hot mint tea and cookies and shown around. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Dinner was served on the upper terrace but it was cold so they moved our table into a private alcove. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed our time there.

As it is a house, a few of the other guests were a bit loud when we were trying to go to sleep but that was not the fault of the riad and they were not loud all night.

This riad was amazing and very comfortable! The location is honestly amazing and right in the centre of everywhere you want to visit. The hospitality was really good and made our experience in Marrakech more enjoyable. I want to thank Samira for making us feel very welcomed and being very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying in this villa!

The staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with lifting our luggage, served tea and food, and prepared an early breakfast without any complaints. The Riad is situated within a traditional building, and the room facilities blend both traditional and modern elements. The bed is comfortable. The dinner is a Moroccan traditional meal, very delicious. The location is in a bustling market in the old town, providing us with a wonderful experience of local Moroccan life.

Warm, homely hospitality from the concierges. Breakfast and dinner were lovely: local cuisine, well-presented,just the right amount, flexible seating times, and different each day. Open air seating with plenty of plants. Couples' Hammam and massage available at a time which suits Overall great value for money.

Excellent service and cleanliness. We love dining on the terrace every night and morning and its proximity in the market. Despite the heat our rooms were cool without using the AC provided.

We prefer to have earlier breakfast services especially when travelling with children. But they all supported us by quickly setting up by 8am.

I had the pleasure of staying at Riad La Vie in Marrakech with my family for three nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We were surrounded by care and attention. The Riad itself is decorated with a great attention to detail, and you can immediately feel the Moroccan atmosphere. We hope to return in the future. Difficult to find as not accessible by taxi and needs a walk down a narrow walkway lined with stalls which was quite intimidating on first visit and we had to pay someone 5 euros to take us to the house
