Rooms are OK size and balcony is suitable for two person. Hotel need some renovation, especially bathroom need some ventilation (only ventilation is window to courtyard and doors need to be more soundproof (neighbours coming-going feels like in our own room). The shape of the sink doesn't allow to operete without splashing. Unfortunately roof sundeck is very windy and pool is cool, need some heating system. Breakfast was in price, tastefully and you have chance to choose 5-6 different breakfast.

GYM doesn't exist anymore, you have chance to go openair gym corner (200-300m). Next to hotel (20m) is public corner for fisherman's, where they are cleaning fresh fish, some days cas smell a little bit.

The hotel is well situated, face to the ocean, close to the Aquarium. Not immediately close to the main restaurants or shops (but at walking distance). The staff was very supportive and the manager did all his best to make sure we can have all we need in due time. He was extremely kind and professional and walked the extra mile that makes guests feel great. He was also very supportive for the booking of the excursions, pick up from the hotel etc. And always with a smile.

We liked the location, the view of the sea from our room, the common area lounge outside our room & the internet speed & stability. Did I mention the amazing sea view from our room? Breakfast service was super fast

Not much! Parking seemed safe, even though it’s outside. Vehicles do get quite dirty, being parked so close to the sea. The tap water doesn’t taste great (all over Swakopmund, not just here), so bottled/filtered water should be provided in the rooms.

The property is easy to find when you arrive at Swakopmund, the building and furniture are in a good condition, lift always working, swimming pool area is clean and in a perfect condition, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious and the staff(all of them) are welcoming and very friendly.

Great Location right by the beach. The rooms were nice and equipped with everything you need (lots of towels). Also breakfast was included for everyone although we didn't book that. Make sure to check out the rooftop it has amazing views!

We were only staying one night and really didn't have any complaints.

There was nothing that we particularly liked,nor that we didnt like. View is nice, the room is nicely equipped, had tea and coffee station but not drinking water. Shower in bathroom was well functioning and they even had a hairdryer which is a gem when travelling in Africa.

Would be good to include somewehere that pool is closed during winter months - we would have wanted to check the view out. 1 Bathrooms (both in room and public) were not very clean as you could see rust everywhere. Blinders in room were broken, so could not open,but looked like that particular window might be a source for ants coming in the room. Having said that overall not a bad stay.

Comfortable and warm welcome. Great bedding, aircon, tv, and quick WiFi. Wonderful kind staff. Good value for money.

More comfy than chic. Pool lovely but note that this is a plunge pool and not a full one. Breakfast good, but in the crowd it was a bit chaotic and picked over.

The room was more than I expected, it was an apartment whilst I was expecting a double room. Unfortunate though I spent most of my time out! The staff went out of their way calling cabs for me and the manager had to drive me in his personal car when a cab delayed one early morning!

The place is beautiful, right by the ocean, they have an upstairs pool with beautiful views of the ocean... it's amazing 👏🏽 The manager Jay made us feel at home away from Home, best Hotel manager i ever encountered.
