I stayed at the hotel's lake view rooms (403/404). The main thing that I and my family enjoyed the electrifying beauty of the hills and lakes that come together in some far horizon. Very few feedback of my overall 3 nights in stay - 1. Having the door with secondary key option without disturbing the insiders to open multiple times. 2. A glowing coloured LED light (At night) at the entrance to identify the hotel for distinguishing with others. 2. If possible keep the restaurant on with minimum food option for snacks and some varieties in breakfast apart from English breakfast. Conclusion: Me and my family are simply bold over by the amazing humbleness and hospitality of the entire team of the hotel's (staffs and chefs). Special thanks to owner. Kudos!

Fantastic location with unimpeded Lake views. A big bonus is that the hotel has a lift - unlike many other Nepali hotels that only have stair access. I had a king room (with a view) which was large and very comfortable - top floor for rooms which I greatly recommend. Air conditioning was very effective. Hotel is located in an easy to access area of Pokhara with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. This hotel was only opened about 6 months ago and still is very clean and new. It was good value for money.

1. Shower above the bath worked well with lots of hot water - but no shower curtain or glass separation which resulted in water spraying all over the bathroom floor. 2. The breakfast was OK, but could have been better.

I loved everything about my stay in Urban Boutique Hotel. This new, modern, spotless hotel has the best view of lake Fewa in Pokhara. Its located on the nicer end of the town. The rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained, great bathrooms with excellent shower. Very comfortable beds. Modern TV /Internet connection. Aircon Large balconies overlooking the lake. But last and not least the staff are super professional and very kind and lovely. I stayed here in this hotel for over a month because it was simply perfect in every way.

A very modern, brand new hotel with specious rooms, hot water and the AC. Location is really good, with the beautiful view of the Phewa Lake. Good standard at affordable price, will definitely come back again

As this is a new place, the staff must get some more training on how to cooperate the hotel operations in various departments at once

Everything is good when we booked through online and we left hotel for a trekking. after few days we came back and we tried to book directly with same price but staff denied and we had some discus which is not good. Anyway our entire stay was nice. spacious room, clean bathroom, hot shower,good wifi but it will be much better if they update breakfast.

Manners

The hosts were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast can also be served in the room. The room was spacious and in very good condition with a sunny balcony with lake view. Central location. Highly recommended.

Some guests were slamming the room doors late in the evening and early morning, but the owner was checking and fixing it on the following day.

What a wonderful hotel. it is new, modern and has beautiful views of Phewa Lake. The staff were all very friendly and the rates are very reasonable for how nice this place is.

The property was very clean and all the fittings and fixtures were in great condition. The view of lake from the room was mesmerizing. The owner was very courteous. The property is very well located just besides the lake.

it was superbly presented, very clean and basically brand new. could not fault anything about it. breakfast was fantastic aswell.
