The resort was right at the waterfront with a restaurant, a bar with wine, close to the cable car station and had an unblocked view of Lake Phewa. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff (esp Mr Deep and Mr Raj) more than make up for the dated room interiors. They were very helpful with regards to booking of buses to Kathmandu and even were able to customise dishes to suit our taste. I also love the restaurant that overlooks the lake and would like to visit it again when it’s not raining. On the whole, I really enjoyed my stay there and all the smiley staffs helped to make the rainy days a little sunnier.

The room could do with a tat more lighting and the bathroom some new doors.

Hotel is nicely located in the quiet part of the tourism zone, but not to far to miss out on great cafés, restaurants, and other activities. Staff caters to every need. Are very friendly and easy to strike up a conversation with. Food is excellent both domestic and more known international cuisine is present. The hotel room is clean and modern. The beds are the best.

The location is very good. However the rooms towards the lake side are of better view & certainly rooms of 1st floor & 2nd floor are far better view wise compared to ground floor. Breaksfast has a good spread. The services is top class & staff is very friendly. I got a lot of help from Madhav & Deep in particular.

The flush beside the comode is too short & its ideal for a right handed person. They need to be sensitive for left handed persons & make the pipe a bit longer. For arranging cabs (when both the in-house cabs are booked) from outside they demand cash payment.

Stunning view of the lake beautiful gardens . Pool area was awesome , rooms size lovely . Breakfast excellent lots of choices . All staff very friendly . Personal touch by the manager welcome greeting daily thanks to Nabaraj Acharya for all his support in any situation very friendly helpful at all times with a good smile

Shower bathtub need updating .

Value for money. The Phewa lake was just beside the hotel so it had a good view. The stuffs were nice and co-operative. Buffet breakfast was good.

The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't offer us Breakfast the 2nd day of our stay due to less people in the hotel. We had to choose from Ala carte menu.

Breakfast is mainly oriental,, I advice all hotels overlooking the lake shore to keep cleaning the shore outside hotel area because it’s their assets,,although it’s the municipality responsibility ,,

Great surroundings. Very comfortable and cosy room. Clean. Staff very prompt and hospitable. Great food including bouffet. Good connectivity and great logistics arrangement by the resort. Perfect place to unwind.

The view from the room -203.Expected more lake view. Rather there was a marshy piece of land. Also, the room no was not mentioned in the booking, so we depended on the discretion of the staff, who could have possibly given us a room with a better view. Our request to change the room went unanswered.

Nothing is too much trouble for the restaurant staff. Always accommodating. Picturesque views.

Can only visit part of the lake as is pictured by the hotel. It isn't entirely safe to walk close to the lake due to wet ground. Pokhara experiences crazy rain during monsoon, so don't count on the lake as being a big feature to hang around.

I wanted a place to relax and stay near the busy downtown Pokhara area but with a swimming pool, lake view balcony and a nice quiet atmosphere. The Waterfront hotel ticked all the boxes and in addition offered a delicious breakfast buffet, had super friendly and helpful staff and was still within easy walking distance to the rest of all the busy bars and shops. loved it and highly recommend!
