Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Zostel. Everything about the Zostel was exceptional. Here zostel also provides yoga classes , I meet a wonderful person Yogi Monty, he helped me in balancing and concentration and give me confidance in different yogic postures. Thank you Zostel was clean, stylish, excellent service in where I had dinner. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient Mrs. Shree. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I have been staying here for more than one week I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.🙂

The place is very nice with large outdoor spaces and activities. The views are stunning and comforting for the eyes and mind. Zostel is a little bit far from the lakeside, Pokhara but the walk toward the lakeside is very soothing. View from the room and balcony is worth the price. We liked their staff and hospitality. They are nice, and friendly.

Hot water is very difficult to get in the toilet. Leaking toilet faucets and push shower is very annoying. As well as the power outlets. They are very difficult to use as very often they looses the connection with mobile chargers.

The staff was amazing, they helped you with all the questions you had and just the general atmosphere was very nice. The garden is beautiful and I spend a lot of time there just reading or talking to fellow travellers. Great if you want to escape from the people in lakeside :)

At first I stayed in the female dorm (on the ground floor) and there were a lot of people hanging out at night right next to the window (it was partynight saturday) and since those are not very sound proof, I had a very bad night. Later I asked for a dorm upstairs and it was better.

Lots of quiet places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner or to relax. We had to work three days during our stay but also went out for dinner at lakeside. It’s an easy walk, about 10-15 minutes. Staff was more than helpful and super friendly.

The only point of improvement would be the mattress. It was too soft and we could feel the springs. The staff was ready to help out and do something about the issue straight away.

The garden.very big.quite and nice place.beautifull nature everywhere. Owner and workers very helpfull.very kind I was 1 month there.peacefull place. View to mountains and lake its amazing. Bed clean.comfortable. Good restaurant.tasty food. I find nice friends. Pokhara very beautifull place. I was in mix dorm.later in female rooms. All.was perfect I recommend very much this place

I like all.my favorite flowers and garden and birds and neghbords have bifallo you can see nature🥰

Not super central in Lakeside, but I liked it since it was more calm and its only 10-15 min by foot to lakeside. People in my room were disrespectful at night with putting on lights and not being silent. But thats not the fault of the hostel. Curtains at the bed would be great.

it is located just outside the centre, it remains in a quiet area with a view of the lake. there are several common areas with which you can socialise. the staff is kind and friendly, especially the receptionist who puts love into what he does. rooms are cleaned every day and if you need any information they are all there to help you out. best: outdoor area.

everything is perfcet as it is

-very clean -beautiful community area with a little pond and huts in the middle of it to sit on -good food -peaceful & quiet -very helpful staff, left my stuff there twice for hiking

-curtains would be a nice improvement for a bit more privacy -you could say its a bit far off the city center, but if you want to go to lake side its still only like 10min walk -for further distances pathao is available in pokhara

I'm solo female traveler from India and regularly stay at India zostels. However my stay in Pokhara was unexpected/memorable, very polite staff. Deepak was just awesome and helped me with plan to travel within the city. His suggestions made my stay in Pokhara memorable! Pokhara zostel is located close to lakeside, walkable distance. I would recommend the place for awesome experience! Happy exploration to all :)
