We really enjoyed every detail of this hotel. We received a lovely welcome, great rooms and its a perfect location to explore Amsterdam. The rooms have a boutique feel and are very comfy indeed. We had a loft style room with a mezzanine level bedroom area, the bed was large and very comfortable. The room was very well equipped with everything you need for a weekend stay plus snacks, water, coffee pods & coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. There are only a few rooms in this hotel so you can choose the one you want depending on availability and the size and price you want to pay. We booked three rooms and the feedback from all our family was that they loved their room and their stay. The hotel has a great restaurant and also a superb bar, the staff are super helpful, they make this hotel what it is they couldn't have been nicer to us. Cocktails and drinks were amazing. We'll definitely return and can highly recommend it.

The restaurant staff were a little slow although very charming

Excellent service, small treats (I arrived before check in time and even though I was okay to wait, I was treated to a drink on the house). My room was very nice, very clean and the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, wonderful staff. Breakfast in the restaurant was expensive but delicious, and not as expensive as everywhere else! Staff even carried our very heavy bags up to the top floor. Location was wonderful--much quieter part of Amsterdam, away from all the craziness, but close enough to walk to the touristy areas if that's what you want!

Maid didn't clean our room one day, even though we left the sign on the door that the room needed cleaning. Just a little complaint.

The staff is exceptional, the amenities perfect. Appreciated the in-room coffee maker and iron/board. Felt super safe and welcome. The ambience is gorgeous and the restaurant was very very good. Comfy beds.

For really light sleepers: it gets a bit noisy outside at night. If you have heavy luggage, be aware you’ll need to carry it up at least one flight of stairs. Would not recommend for elderly or disabled travelers for this reason, but if you’re fine on stairs, it’s charming.

The property was great and very clean. The staff was super nice. It was a great location also.

The only issue we had with the property was the price at the end. When we went to check out, it was about $100 more than the booking.com rate. I showed them the price in the app. They said they would look into it and after checking the booking.com app after they said they researched it, the booking.com price had increased. Lesson learned: take screenshots of the prices for proof later!!

We stayed in room 006; the corner room with a balcony and the bedroom on a loft. Wonderfully laid out; excellent balcony (if you book the adjoining room, you could have the entire balcony for a group of friends), Comfortable and big bed, we had our 4-year old daughter sleep with us. Beautiful bathroom. The whole room had a cozy vibe to it. An amazing restaurant to boot; and everyone working in this property are so happy and friendly and welcoming. And the neighbourhood - it was so nice to stay away from the center and close to Jordaan.

AC and its remote were acting. Luckily I had experience with Daikin ACs so could control it. Still takes a long time. Also, i wish some more essential toiletries can be included

Beautiful boutique hotel very close to the tram stops and very walkable. Tons of stuff close by, high quality finishes, especially the shower and showering products. I would stay again. Also, the staff went above and beyond with helpfulness and suggestions. Shout out to the front desk guy, Vincent! He was amazing. Lastly, the bar and restaurant seemed very nice but we didn’t have time to try them.

No elevator. Be prepared to take the steps. Also, the mattress was a tad thin so it wasn’t the most comfortable.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Staff were incredible during our stay and it was lovely having the bar and restaurant downstairs. We loved the location as it was out of the main tourist core but still very walkable to anywhere win the city. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants near the hotel too.

Only con was no lift. We had a stroller and left at the front desk that worked well.

The staff were very sweet and welcoming, the room was beautiful and all the facilities were lovely. It was a very convenient location from Dam square, tram station very close by and around 20 mins by walking. Would definitely book again!

There was some construction taking place outside so it made walking to the tram stop a little bit longer than it would have been.
