Very good quality Breakfast, Very much satisfactory I visited this hotel last year also, Satisfied two years in a row Especially Staff. They were all professional.

I liked Friendly staff, nice breakfast, quality room status, good wifi status. not sure about the guarden's view when having breakfast. it looked a bit untidy - didnt go with the total quality of the hotel. I know it could be difficult to keep the outdoor tidy. but I hope it could be better next time,

Easy to find - and with plenty of car parking space. Also, good secure storage for our bicycles. Comfortable and spacious room - peaceful and quite. A great place to stop off at on a journey through The Netherlands. A few good grocery shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We didn't bother with breakfast, due to the high cost of such - but the value for money for our room-only was great.

The room was very comfortable, there were 3 of us, and my son slept on a sort of sleeper sofa, that had already been made up. Bathroom was nice, also hairdryer and coffee and tea making facilities

I think the charge for parking the car was excessive, you can't really get there except by car, it should have been included in the price. Also breakfast (optional) was €22 per head!!

Exactly what you would expect from a Novotel. Good service, clean comfortable. We stayed as part of our trip to a few European Theme Parks and is about 25min drive to Efteling. I will stay there again, next time we visit.

Food in the bar was a little limited and pricey, but that's kind of what you expect. There are plenty of other options nearby, we just eat there for convenience.

Breakfast was good. For 3 nights stay the location was quite good to drive by car. And room bed was comfortable.

My room was just opposite to Lift, so there were noise clearly heared inside the room. And the room's Window was locked. Couldn't get fresh air. The room was not cleaned one day eventhough I have kept the info flyer outside the room for cleaning and informed the receptionist for providing new towels. But when we reached back the room was not cleaned and no new towels are kept. So, I have to call next day morning to get the new towels. But the staffs were very friendly and they have sorted out next day.

Staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist. I needed a charge for my phone as my stay was not planned and reception were really helpful.

I had a problem exiting hotel car park. My car is right hand drive so I had to get out and and walk round to put my parking ticket in to raise the barrier, by the time I got back into my vehicle the barrier had come down again I had to wait for the next guest to try to leave to put my ticket in to get out.

Helpful staff, Spacious public areas, Superb Breakfast, swimming pool was a bonus. Nice that use of refrigerator and safe included. Good climate controls in room (weather was hot but room remained comfortably cool)

Room was a little small. Use of double sofa bed for third person made room very cramped. Not a big problem but perhaps a single bed + chair would have been better if only 3 occupants?

Very helpful staff, excellent bed and breakfast. Nice hotel if you are travelling by car, and need an overnight stay not far from the motorway. But if you are looking to visit Breda city centre, there are better options. But overall, good value for money.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Really good staff/service. My dad left his hearing aids behind by mistake and Colin the Reception Manager kindly retrieved them and kept safe till we could collect them three days later. Thanks again.

Bar closed at 10.30 pm, just when I fancied a drink.

Spacious room, double bed with sofa bed for a child. Very comfortable duvet. Breakfast. Ladies at the reception and a lady at breakfast were kind and attentive. Private parking. Wi-fi Late check-in Location, easy access to the centre by car. Beautiful nature surrounding the hotel.

Very strict guy at breakfast on Sat, telling us where to seat (a table for two) although there were family tables available. Dutch families could choose their tables though.
