Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Deventer, an IHG Hotel0

It is brand new and smells fresh! I was first guest in this hotel ans stuff did everything to make me fill wellcome! And they succeed!

I would like to get paper cups for take away coffee! Coffee was so great, but I couldn't take it with me! :)

We had rooms next to each other. The location was just off the motorway and very easy to find. Rooms and whole of the hotel was clean. Free parking outside of the hotel.

The air conditioning was difficult to set so we were very hot and the window could not be opened. Breakfast was included in the price but there was not food or even juice left when we went for breakfast, so we had nothing. As we were checking out we noticed that there were people eating breakfast so maybe we just timed it wrong.

New pleasant hotel, nice modern design, helpful staff. Late check-in option that was very important for us. Charger for EV is available at the parking, that is an extra plus! Breakfast options were good.

Comes as a downside of a new venue: a bit of disorganization (breakfast was over-crowded and it took a bit of time to find a table and wait for food, but staff members were extremely helpful nevertheless)

It is very pet friendly, we have bought a cat with us, it was very comfy for her. The staff was very kind, took very good care of the guests. Also recommended us IHG one rewards system - which you also get benefits from. The room was very neat and clean. juices by breakfasts was great.

We wanted to have dinner at their restaurant but it was more like a snack bar, not so many options to choose. breakfast was simple.

Good breakfast and location was very good for the destination of our events we attended. Moreover, it was very easy travelling from hotel to Amsterdam by bus and train in addition to nearby grocery stores.

Toilet pot was too low and the bathroom basin sink design. However, I think it's just worth mentioning and not such a big problem.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly. Good place to stay for a couple of days, especially if the location suits you. As soon as the breakfast will be improved this hotel could become very good.

Breakfast really could be much better. The choice of available food was very limited. However, if you are staying at the hotel only for a couple of days, this is not a big problem.

Amazingly designed hotel inside and out, we had a queen suite with lots of furniture and hangars for clothes. Very comfortable bed with a lot of pillows. Amazing kitchen with big fridge, nice view and a big screen tv. Very helpful staff at reception.

Poor breakfast and we were 8 mins late for checkout and one of the staff was knocking hard at our rooms door.

Room well equipped and comfortable, nice breakfast, great bus service to and from town to save on taxi's every time, staff helpful, very clean

a little bit out of town but only 10 mins on bus so no big deal as buses run till late and on sundays

Our parents stayed for 2N/3D. Bed was comfy, sparkling clean, nice location. Our request was granted which was really nice. However, the first breakfast was so poor that there was no food at all because of there was only one person working on that day. Luckily, the next day breakfast was okay.

A nearly new hotel so everything felt shiny and fresh. Ideal location for a stop-over and really good value -£75 for a spacious bedroom and bathroom, free parking and a tasty breakfast. Staff were particularly friendly and welcoming.
