The apartment was beautiful, there was one big room with a double bed and a third bed in the living room. Everything was very clean and tidy. There was a kitchen equipped with pans, pots so that you can cook if you want. There was also the coffee machine and coffee pods were provided and there was also the kettle for the tea. The bathroom was big, with a big shower, and they also provide shower gel, shampoo and body lotions. The family running the business is very kind and sweet, they prepared us an amazing breakfast and they were very welcoming.

big and couzy room ("anna" room, indeed they have names). it is more like a small studio than a room: divided in two parts, there is a living area and sleeping area. The former includes a kitchenette equipped with two electric cooking hobs, sink, a complete set of kitchenware and pans, microwave, water boiler, coffe machine and fridge. Warm even with limited use of the heating, that is possible to adjust according to wishes. the breakfast is served in a common room at the ground floor and is superb, ranging from a rich fruit and salad choice to cheese, smoked fish, eggs, yogurth, croissants, freshly made orange juice, etc. the host and his wife are really friendly, they know how to do their job and make you feel at home. really a reccomended place if you want to stay in Kampen.

the matrasses are not very comfortable (made entirely of memory foam, you sink too much into them - it is also a matter of personal taste, but I didn't find them comfortable)

It would be important for people to know that this is a very old building. The heat and electricity and updates work very well, but the floors were a bit uneven and the stairs were very narrow and might be difficult for some to navigate. If you're able to climb and enjoy a unique wonderful property this is definitely a great choice!

Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Fresh squeezed orange juice! The hosts are warm, friendly and certainly make you feel welcome. The rooms are in an old city farmhouse, so the layout is quirky and has charm. The room had ample space, with a nice seating area outside. Not your typical boring cookie-cutter hotel room. Great location with less than a five-minute walk into town. Had no problem finding a free parking space nearby.

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order items as well self serve items. Spacious room. Quaint, eclectic furnishings. Pretty outdoor terrace in the apartment. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Air con works well.

In our apartment unit the steps were extremely steep. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle. Low feelings in places. Shower was really small. Door to get outside from unit is difficult to get out of.

Everything. Lovely rooms with a seating and dining area with a kitchen. one of our rooms had a jacuzzi bath which was a great treat as we were on a cycling holiday. Secure area for bikes. Wonderful breakfast with freshly cooked eggs to your preference and pancakes for the children. Plenty of fresh fruit and bread. I noticed there were also gluten-free options. The owners were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was close to the centre but in a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

The couple who runs the hotel is super kind and welcoming. We went there for a sports event and it was super convenient that they have a place to safely store our bikes. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! The apartment was super clean.

It's located in an old house, so isolation is not great, however, the street where the hotel is located is quiet so we didn't hear noise from it.

Such a lovely couple hosting in a cute and antique house in the quiet town Kampen. Beautifully decorated room, spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. Great breakfast! (and I'm vegan). They even went to the store to buy some soy milk just for me. I enjoyed every second in this relaxing and charming venue. Thank you very much!

Everything was incredible. It was a nice surprise and the appartment I stayed in came as the finding of a true little gem. The hosts are the most adorable person. Breakfast was really good and offered a large choice. The welcome was wonderful and I hope to come back soon.

Cute little bed and breakfast. The owners are really friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Our room was perfectly equipped and cozy. We only stayed one night but had the best time. The B&B is also located near the city center and you have several restaurants in walking distance.
