Super Location, just outside the Outlet mall & also extremely near to the town center with lots of restaurants, pubs & shopping places, The Hotel has a nice Chocolate shop in the front, they even offered us free chocolate on checkin, Hotel has a beautiful Terrace with sitting outside. Roermond itself is a very cute little town, we loved our stay there.

Our room was on 2nd floor and the steps are steep but the hotel staff carried our bags to the room at the time of check in so not a big issue there.

great place with a friendly staff. we booked the room for our kids to rest during shopping at the outlet village. we got an early check in and checked out smoothly the same day. an excellent location directly to the outlet and a nice surrounding. does not have a private parking but a nearby garage is there and the outlet parking as well.

the only thing that the A/C was only an electric fan but the weather was great ay ways

Super staff, we were welcomed by a very friendly and hospitable manager, who walked us through the Pastorie and the hotel, all the way to our top room which was "pre-cooled-down" for us as a fine welcome on such a hot day. The room was very clean, and spacious, and the view was amazing. The breakfast was a "gem", and absolutely a must to add when you stay at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel, and for sure will come back again.

All was excellent! Starting from the warm welcome, good room, variety of cold drinks in a fridge, their own delicious sweets and chocolate, king's breakfast. Just across the road from the Outlet shopping center. If I am back in Roermond, will stay in this perfect place once more.

I am really satisfied with the room. Well designed, looks high- class but definitely worth the money you spent! Also friendly staff who called me when i almost forgot that i need to check in and arranged to help me with checking in even tho i was 1 hour too late.

The air con makes a lot of weird noises at night. However, it does not really matter.

Nothing we didn’t like. Just good to know, no elevators in the building. But I must say, don’t need them in a cozy B&B.

Everything except for the noisy street just next to your room. Very spacious room, great chocolate smell downstairs, perfect breakfast ever, a comfy bed, the close location to the outlet mall.

There were disposable ear pads, but it was disappointing to hear the noise so well. I think the window frames should be repaired.

We came in late after shopping at the designer outlet nearby. The check-in went smoothly, it was well organized and I had a little "escape room" experience while attaining the keys for the gate and room. The hallway smelled quite pleasing and welcoming that it gave a positive first impression. The room we stayed in had a wonderful charm with it's wooden beams. The mattresses and pillows had just the right hardness, we slept quite well. Amenities (coffee, tea, etc.) were available in a mini-kitchen just beside our room. A sumptuous breakfast was served the next day with great warmth and hospitality. Ooh and the cappuccino was perfect! Lastly, we couldn't leave without taking home a dozen pralines which were a feast for the eyes. Thank you so much for the familiar and warm atmosphere. We will be back!

Location and Staff. Perfectly located between old town and designed outlets. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and just made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding. This place will definitely see me again!!

Room facing the road had some road noise at night, but this seem to bother my wife more than me.
