Nice Location Very good staffs. They are supportive. Nice and clean. Spacious and comfortable. A little freezer in the room; which is very useful for a family stay.

No facility for water kettle. No facility for Tea/Coffee inside the room. [Many hotels offer this complimentary] Price is bit high.

We really liked the friendly staff, the good breakfast, and the comfortable, renovated hotel room. It's very close to the beach. I'd defin itely recommend Hotel Ibis in Scheveningen.

Access to the hotel’s parking is quite tight, especially for bigger cars… the parking price of 35EUR per night seems also quite high… the breakfast is quite simple. the bread is quite low quality…

close to the beach. free coffee from the machine in the restaurant. big table in the room so we could eat with 4 people.

at check in the staff was busy with an issue and it took about 15 min till they had time for us. you could still see hairs in the bathroom. window and balkony look old. parking was full

The design of the lobby hotel was cozy & good. There's free coffee/tea available. And the room size was OK, i loved that the hotel room had separation wall which separated the bed area & bathroom. There was mirror, hair dryer, big screen TV, bedsheet and blanket were all neat and clean AND there was a sofa too. ALL is good.

It was only one small Elevator for all Guests and for the staff that's i have to wait more than 10 min when i want to use it . The balcony was dirty. The parking is too expensive .

I like the service of Juna, she went an extra mile just to make our stay comfortable, and Anna also assist her for all our needs. There is always Coffee available for take away. Just what we need.

Just the elevator is small for the number of guests capacity.

The staff were good, the area is very peaceful and comfortable. The receptionist was kind enough to offer us a nice breakfast and the location to the beach is excellent.

However, There were hidden costs we did not expect because as clients who pay online we expect such to be maintained as that falls within every budget and planning. Otherwise, everything was great

Elevator os very slow and gets really busy. If you are not carrying luggage... Use the stairs.
