Staff: Super friendly and helpful. I never felt like a burden and they answered all questions with passion and knowledge. Parking: Very convenient because it’s connected to the hotel. The price for parking isn’t bad either and it’s better than getting a boot on your wheel like I saw a few times on the street outside of the hotel. Location: The most prefect place without actually being in the beach. I walked for 2-3 minutes and was on the beach, conveniently located directly in front of the Ferris wheel and next to vendors and restaurants! Breakfast: Awesome buffet style breakfast! different breads, meats, and hot foods.

The hotel was very well placed to reach where we wished to go. It was really quiet at night in the room we had which we did not expect. The breakfast was stunning, so much and varied choices, wonderful! All amenities were in walking distance of the hotel.

The only niggle we had, was the young chap on the reception over-charged us on checking in. He had charged us for four breakfasts!!! All sorted out when we went back down and saw another member of staff and found out the young chap was in training. We all have to learn I suppose!

Travelled with my adult children, had an adjoining studio room with large windows to see beach (not on beach) able to all be together without running down halls. Lots of room when opened up so able to play cards in evening when raining. Location perfect for enjoying both the beach and The Hague. Bike rental available in hotel was perfect. Parking on site great. Beds very comfortable.

The personnel were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. At Breakfast you are welcomed by a very friendly and cheerful face of the maître d'hôtel.The cleanliness of the room was of high standards and exceptional. The hotel has a private parking which was convenient. Booking it required only an email to the hotel 2 days upfront and our spot was reserved.

I liked everything. The only comment I could have is that I would have appreciated a bigger variety of cheese at breakfast.

We were travelling with our daughter and she had her own well separated area with her own TV and a really comfortable bed. Our bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and of high quality.

We weren't able to choose a room with a sea view as we were put in a predefined room. This room was on the ground floor and the trams very a bit noisy. Also they started with a construction work early in the morning right in front of our room.

We stayed in roon number 319. This is a family room. So the room was big enought. It was clean and nice. The only thing is that outside was quite cool and we tried to run the air condition to the heating type but we cound't do it. So the best solution was just to swich it off. The breakfast was very good. Fresh and tasty. The staff is very friendly. We were able to leave our car at the parking some extra time at the checkout date.

+ Compact room, but very well organized. + Comfy bed and pillow. + Convenient private parking. + Ideally located if one wants to walk on the beach. Many bars around. + Good value for the money.

- It takes forever to get the invoice for your stay (most likely it's not done correctly from the first shot). - If the rain/wind is strong, it seems that the room will get dismantled. Too noisy, therefore one might have difficulties sleeping. - No minibar, no free water. Poor tea offer.

Ramada offered the opportunity to stay with our family of 5 in 1 room, in full size beds. The room we got would have even accommodated 6 people. Also, the room was very quite.

I understood from the staff that the 803 apartment was new to Ramada. It all looked a bit barren. It was ok for a one night stay, but it did not feel very inviting.

Excellent hotel! The room was a bit snug but comfortably laid out and exceptionally clean. Appreciated the small fridge in the room and the view of the sea! The bike parking seemed secure and the location was perfect for accessing the park to cycle the dunes, head to the beach or even hop on the tram for easy access to the Hague centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Small thing but the mirrors in the bathroom were very, very high - I couldn't use them.

Everything is just 10/10 and the staff are really helpful and cooperative. For example, when checking out I forgot my apple watch inside the room and when I told them about it a few hours later they directly took action and helped me acquire my watch back again by sending it by post to my location with complete ease. Thank you once again.
