The location made it perfect with regards to every aspect. For those coming by car, a parking called Q Park New Babylon is available in the vicinity of the hotel ( 2 minute walk), a food court with multiple restaurants within a 2 minute walk too and the majority of the museums within an 8 minute walk . A supermarket is next door, making any late purchases without a hassle. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly

The only thing is that there are 2 elevators and one of them wasn’t working. Waiting for an elevator to serve all the hotel stayers can be quite the wait but it was a very minor issue

Very comfortable bed, feather pillows, good light-excluding curtains and very quiet. The 'free' consumables in the room fridge were an added bonus. Tea and coffee making facilities were good.

One of the 2 lifts broke down on 2 of the days that I stayed , which was inconvenient as I was in a hurry on the first occasion and didn't know where the stairs were located. It took over 5 minutes to get downstairs by which time I just missed my tram. I'd suggest larger mugs in the room - I had to keep refilling the small mugs for a decent sized drink.

The location was great, basic facilities were available, there were friendly staff, it was clean and we felt comfortable. We had big rooms compared to other hotels so it was really easy to stay and rest.

Access from parking to the hotel entrance was compliacted. There were a lot of signs directing you to reception desk but no one was there. After calling the hotel and waiting 10 minutes behind the line, they told us that we have to get out and enter from another door in other side of the building. There sould be better guidance in place.

Nice, modern hotel, right next to the central station (so well connected by bus, tram and train). The room was big and comfortable, and the staff was very kind. Not cheap but fair price compared with the other hotels of the city.

The breakfast was way too expensive (20€/person & day) in relation with the overall cost of the stay. Also, this is quite picky but the bathtub is placed quite high, not an issue for me but I could imagine that it's not the best for older customers.

Very Spacious room, great view of the park, ample plug sockets. Bathroom was great size and the bath/shower was a nice touch. Having a fridge was great and good size wardrobes for clothes. The AC actually worked.

Coffee machine was not great, would have been better with just a kettle and packets of tea/coffee etc. Shower did leak onto the floor a bit, i think there was a slight gap between the bath and shower screen. Also you could hear out into the hallway.

Its been so nice experience for me and 3kinds to stay in the hotel, staffs are amazing there. The first night we had some problem with our delivery orders , Michael help us untill 3am in the morning. Room is quite big, lots of drinks in the fridge snacks all for free.very good location 2mins walk to the train station cross road there is a big park.10mins walk you have all the restaurants and bars.

Hair dryer is def not a good idea for long hair 😞all the rest is good enough.

We booked a family room for a family of 4 (2 kids under 10). The room was great. Large, nice & clean. Bathroom very modern & clean. Beautiful views. Fantastic location. The extra bed was a pull out couch but with a real mattress. Very comfortable. Breakfast was also really good. It was busy but the staff was super friendly, replaced things quickly and engaged so nicely with our kids.

Overall it was really good but if I have to pick something it would be that the pillows were too hard

Top location, great bathtub included

The sound proof rooms are not very sound proof unfortunately. Heard other rooms partying with music till 2am and people chatting in the hallways and dragging their suitcases very early from 6am on Saturday morning, and every single time someone’s door shuts or opens you can definitely hear the sound and feel the shakes in your own room, for me at least 20 times of that was too disturbing at late night. Did not have a good sleep because of this despite the great amenities.

elevator and proximity to Den Haag Centraal

poor distribution of lighting: a long desk without a lamp - I couldn’t work a canopy onto the sink, prevents someone to bow and rinse a mouth or wash the face I blame Booking.com to provide wrong maps of many hotels I booked; in this case, it’s mandatory to inform there are 2 train stations in The Hague, and tell customers to follow their noses when getting off to reach the hotel outside of the station - last but not least: explain that Babylon is a chain of several hotels and residences with different address , so, a sketch is highly needed.

excellent staff, super convenient location for taking the train, great breakfast buffet.

in the room we rented, the bathroom was poorly designed. the shelf over the sink is too close to the sink so you hit your head. the shower drain is directly under the shower head and it’s a pop-up. when you’re in the shower, under the shower head, you step on the drain, close it, and then water collects in the tub.
