When booking the room we picked one overlooking the inner courtyard. Initially, we were concerned that this might cause disruptions, but to our pleasant surprise, it turned out to be fantastic. The room was equipped with wooden shutters for the windows, effectively blocking out all light and noise while we slept, ensuring a restful night's sleep for both of us. Having stayed in several hotels in The Hague before, we can confidently say that this was the best of them all. The spacious and well-designed rooms provided us with the utmost comfort. The beds were incredibly cosy, and the bathrooms were fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Furthermore, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the city, all the major attractions are within easy walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the sights and sounds of the vibrant city.
Just a couple of dislikes; the coffee that's used in the in-room coffee machines isn't great and the umbrellas for customer use are for hire rather than free.

The hotel is designed according to high standard in terms of aesthetics and facilities. We travelled with my mother who is wheelchair dependant, so we were offered a room that was equipped for disabled guests and it was really convenient. The breakfast was great, it wasn't included in the room rate, we paid on site.
We couldn't manage the room temperature well, as it felt a bit chilly, but I guess if we had the time to contact someone from staff, it would definitely be solved.

Staff are so friendly and professional, you never had to wait for anything. Gorgeous hotel, wonderful room with good facilities. Bathroom a great size and lighting in the room very good, big windows with lots of natural light. All brand new. Location is so central you couldn’t ask for a better position in the city centre. Breakfast was very good and a wide range of products with a good layout. Staff very attentive, asking if you need anymore coffee etc. Bikes available to rent. We used the bar a lot, fantastic cocktails and attention paid to detail.
Really hard to find fault with this hotel. Only negatives would be the coffee machine at breakfast. People had to queue to get coffee but this could be rectified if staff served filter coffee to the table. English tea would be good at breakfast (although this was in the room so I’m sure you could ask staff). A jug could be provided for milk (British people like milk in tea!) The hairdryer in the room is poor quality and a very short lead. Probably not a problem for most people but my hair is very difficult to style so I regret not bringing my own. These are really minor things and wouldn’t put my off staying here again. Highly recommend.

Location is ideal for a tourist. Considering the location, the traffic is very limited, which makes life peaceful.
Breakfast: 1. cornflakes need to be kept in a dispenser. Leaving them in an open bowl makes them go soggy. 2. One coffee machine seems inadequate, though there were no long queues. Maybe the Dutch are not great coffee drinkers at breakfast? Dinner: I ate in your restaurant one night, but did not return because of the thumping noise of the music.I asked about this , and apparently the staff can turn it down but not off. There were eight other grey haired folk eating when I was, and I don't suppose they were big fans of electronic repetitive booming sounds.

The location is excellent! Some shops, restaurants and places of interest are right around the cornor. You can reach The Hague central station two tram spots away. You also have 3-4 public transportation spots within 200m of the hotel. Most of the staff are very friendly and willing to lend a helping hand.
Our stay was mostly great, however we had a bad encounter with one of the staff at the main restaurant. He was quite rude towards my friend and I. We raised it with management and it was resolved...however it did leave a bad taste in our mouth.

The hotel is in a great location in the old town and near the Binnenhof and the Mauritshuis. We got there early, off the ferry, and the staff made us welcome in the comfortable lobby until our rooms were ready. The rooms are nicely decorated, well lit, with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom and shower. The breakfast was good and we also enjoyed a delicious lunch with freshly made sandwiches. We went to the bar, and when they didn’t have the drink we wanted, a knowledgeable bar tender came to our table to offer similar options.
I wouldn’t have chosen the bar decor, but that’s very minor.

Beautiful and charming hotel in the city Centre of Den Haag. The former bank has a beautiful facade with a grandiose feeling of 1920ies. The reception area, restaurant, and bar are modern with an Art Deco style, beautifully done, its inviting and cosy. We stayed in a Standard Queen room. The room was smaller than other hotel rooms we have stayed in, in Den Haag, it had a nice interior. It had a decent size modern bathroom (liked the shower gel/lotion), room had a safety box, coffee machine, small refrigerator with bottled water, and a hairdryer. The bed was on the smaller side ( next time we will try a different type of room) comfortable and with nice pillows and bed linen. The location is perfect, next to shopping, museums and restaurants, despite that our room was very quiet. Staff was kind at check-in/out. We have found our new favourite hotel in Den Haag and will book again.
The bed was on the smaller side for 2 adults.

Superb location and the hotel exceeded expectations in many respects. it is stylish and spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and well equipped. I liked the staff all of whom were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant (Botanica) I ate in twice and it was a high quality tho not too expensive. I found breakfast had a good choice by European standards, including quite a few hot dishes. Wi-Fi speeds were strong. The 1 tram stops right outside the entrance.
The air-cooling in the room was ineffective. Even set to 16 degrees it didn’t cool a warm room. Coupled with quite thick quilt in May, it was too hot in the room for comfortable sleeping. If a hotel is judged just on how well you sleep this would be marked down at 6 or 7 but overall I felt the quality elsewhere merits a 9.

We wanted to stay late in Den Haag, because of "King's Night", so booked a single night here. 15 min walk from the train station, but centeral located during the festivities, a good location for us. Choose a inside facing room, which is cheaper, but also ensures no noise from the outside. Check in was quick and automatically received 2 keycard without asking for it. Check out went smooth aswell, left my luggage for another 5 hours at the hotel, good ticket system here aswell.
Everything was great; We only stayed for the one night and did not use breakfast or other options, so can't comment on that.

Voco was chosen from the short list of hotels that my travel companion and I made. We found the price offer (which included breakfast) to be acceptable for our travel budget. Plus, as an added factor, the room size was also favorable to our criteria. The hotel is located very well in the centre area, near restaurants and shopping. It was about a +/-15mins walk from The Hague Central Station. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Staff at the restaurant section were very accommodating and very thoughtful. As per my request, the hotel gave us a room away from the noise. We were put on the 5th floor away from the elevators. We had a really nice view facing the side where one can see the Peace Palace and if you looked really well, the roof top/dome of the Grand Hotel Amrath Kurhaus which is on the coast, next to the SkyView de Pier. Breakfast was good, being given the choice of Continental or English, or both! :-) Complimentary bottled water was provided. Tea and coffee as well. Hotel uses Antipodes for their bathroom amenities. Very nice brand!
It's not really something that we didn't like. But it would be perhaps helpful to have within the rooms some drawers to put clothes etc. Had to keep them in our travel bags. Only hangers were provided. Maybe an extra sitting/reading chair to accommodate 2 persons staying in the room.
