The sign for the hotel outside was different from the branding on booking.com and didn’t reflect the high quality of decor and accommodation inside

A cute little hotel, currently undergoing some refurbishments but they did not interfere with the guests. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. The day I arrived was hot and sunny, and the member of staff suggested that I go to Scheveningen beach. Tram No.1 stops right outside the hotel and it was about a 20minute scenic ride. A great suggestion and I enjoyed the beach. Breakfast is available for a decent price. It comes in a picnic basket to your room pictures attached. This was delicious and well worth the price. Definitely recommend this hotel, rooms are exactly as in the pictures on the website

My room was on the second floor with additional stairs to get to it. I had to carry up my heavy suitcase up the steep staircase. Something to note

An extra blanket would have been good as we like to sleep with an open window and the duvets were a little thin. The next morning I was told to ask at the front desk as they have blankets there. They are renovating the ground floor so if your room is on the 1st floor on the right side of the property (as one faces the hotel), be prepared for noise starting at 7am!

Everything! the rooms was just exceptionally good. we booked a family room which was quite spacious. Moreover, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful especially Sophie, who gave us the best tips for our trip. Overall this hotel is definitely recommended!

We like the property itself, its feels like home away from home. The staff was welcoming and the location was absolutely perfect and convenient to the center and nearby restaurants and attraction. My daughter likes our room so much!

The elevator only reached the second floor, my room was on the third floor.

The location was great. The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. We also received a welcome drink which was a nice surprise. There is a pub at the ground floor but there was no problem with the noise or anything else. If anything , they were helpful with all our requests.

We had a room on the second floor next to the elevator which was very squeaky. We also found the breakfast a bit lacking for the price we paid (no vegetables or fresh fruit). The room had some odd wiring for lights and it took a while to figure out how they worked, but that was just a minor inconvenience

Friendly staff, great location and comfortable room make this a nice place to stay for a short visit in the Hague.
