Nice, well situated hotel with good standard. Breakfast was also good. Very nice sky line view from elevators to upper floors. There is free parking in the streets opposite the hotel, at night and weekends. Reception will not tell you that ;-)

There is no restaurant in the hotel and nearby hotels close their kitchen early in summer time. It is more of a residential and diplomatic area than a tourist area.

Certainly the location is excellent, and the rooms are well done (an excellent night's sleep). Most of all, one has to say the staff members are wonderful: They went out of their way to be helpful, patient, and friendly, and they offered fine advice on all matters, whether how to get about the city in the most convenient ways as well as what to see and do. They instantly put us at ease and made the stay as pleasant as possible. We would stay at this hotel again just because of the staff. In addition, the breakfast room and offerings are excellent (literally fresh-pressed orange juice, anyone?) and well managed. For a small fee (10 Euros per visit) there is also an excellent fitness facility in the building, and there as well - although we were "only" hotel guests rather than members - the trainers were extremely kind and took their time to offer guidance. Oh - and the sauna room there is complete bliss. Staying at this hotel is entirely relaxing.

Large clean room with awesome view in the 9th floor. The third bed for our 4 year old was already made up when we arrived which made him feel like a big boy and gave us a hassle free stay. We arrived earlier then check in and were able to enter the room already which was also very accommodating. The toiletries smelled good I appreciate that there aren't mini bottles... Seems less wasteful. Breakfast offered a lot of variety. If I had to be picky maybe some of the food could have been a bit better but honestly there was so much that there was always something to choose. The location was perfect for both Den Hague and Scheveningen. We could walk to Omniversum and the tram to the beach was minutes away. Parking was in the public garage but you can park on a hotel designated level. The price is actually really good if you look at how many hours you stay. We had an awesome time. Thank you.

Nothing really worth mentioning.

- interior looks amazing, especially with all the Christmas decorations. - staff is very friendly and helpful, with a smile on their face 😄 - view from the 12th floor is awesome. - close to public transport - breakfast buffet contained varried and tasty options. - it's very close to some big businesses, so it makes it easy choice for business travel. - cleaning staff visited every morning, - and once there was an issue with mini fridge lights blinking, the repair staff fixed it immediately after the complaint at the reception while we were still at breakfast - very impressive!

Just some minor things worth mentioning, more like possible improvement areas for hotel that is otherwise great: - breakfast buffet wasn't there for most of the days. - toilet seat might be too small for some to sit on. - TV is there with regional TV channels but no subscriptions like Netflix, which would work better for international visitors. - TV doesn't have easy access to connect laptops and consoles

Perfect hotel! It was a rainy day and we arrived a little early. and our room was ready! we were able to rest a bit and take a shower after the journey. breakfast is good! to choose what you want :) we drove by car, so it was important for us to leave the car for a day in a safe place and not get a fine ;) the underground parking is perfectly located right next to the hotel! you can find and subscribe on the Google map for the time you need. it's extra money, but it's worth it! then you can walk to the city center (or to the seaside) and enjoy the city!

Hotel is modern and very well maintained. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Beds are firm. It was very handy for the world forum in the same block and close to two tram lines giving access to center and central station with 20 min. Hotel is very quiet at night. They have a self service snack shop beside reception which is handy when arriving late

room was quite warm (well insulated building) so had to open the window which meant the noise from the road was a bit noticeable

The room was neat & clean. Bathroom with bathtub was awesome. We stayed here for 2 nights. We had breakfast for both days , the breakfast was good and worth for the money. The staffs were polite and so helpful. Parking had to be paid separate 25 Euros per day , but the parking was available and easily accessible and can be paid at the reception itself.

A welcome complementary coffee would have been great. Just a suggestion.

Very well located close to tram and some attraction. Helpful and warm staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Breakfast area is small for such hotel size. Variety of breakfast choices could have been expanded. Not too much of choices to eat for lunch and dinner. Prefer to have the facilities lime the gym free for the guests
