The property is very nicely designed, with a lot of interesting areas for meetings, work, events, as well as leisure activities such as pool tables. Rooms are also comfortable and nice looking, although the whole vibe is more youthful and basic. I am not young, but still enjoyed it. The location is convenient as it is close to Holland Spoor station, while also walking distance to the city center. You can rent a bike from the hotel, which is also very convenient.

I had a slightly bigger room with a kitchenette. Which was very helpful. You get the kitchen utensils from the the reception, but if you really plan on cooking a meal, this is quite basic, and quite needlessly so. For example, you don't have anything to wash the dishes with, not to put them anywhere to dry. There is a plate, but nothing else, for example a salad bowl. This is all minor, and overall my stay was great, space is nice, and staff helpful, but as I said, this minuses are totally needless.

I really liked the room, there was a lot of things to do around the hotel usch as table tennis, gym with good equippment! I did not eat breakfast or dinner in the object, but just from a glance at menu I can tell it was good and enclusive for people with different diets and needs. The rooms are clean, very comfy! I would reccomend for sure.

I would only change the shower curtains, they tend (during our stay) to make water splash around the floor when we showered, maybe if they were a bit longer it wouldn't happen, it is a small detail though, TSH is great anyway!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from both train and tram stations. The room was immaculately clean and had a pleasing aesthetic.

However, the air conditioning left much to be desired. While it appeared operational, it failed to cool the room effectively, leaving it uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the toilet flush proved challenging to operate, requiring an excessive amount of force to activate. It would have been convenient to have a small fridge in the room. Even ice-cold beverages turned warm within a short period due to the room's temperature. One drawback was the noise from other guests, which persisted until the late hours. Despite the excellent soundproofing of the windows, a tough decision had to be made between enduring the heat or sacrificing sleep due to the noise.

Really quirky, fun and youthful. Everything worked perfectly and the staff were brilliant.

I hadn't quite realised that students live here year-round. Saying this, those I bumped into in the corridors were really lovely and I had no issue sleeping with noise, etc.

Perfect location, spacious, lots of light, superb huge bed, good basic equipment, clean, many likeable extras in the number of shared spaces (pool table, futbolín, piano, library, chill space, work space, free fitness, free coffe stand, vending machines, recycling place...) cool crowd, friendly and helpful staff, interesting-looking restaurant, bike rental (maybe not the cheapest but still reasonable and right there on the premises), non-stop access but with good physical security measures, everything hassle-free and very much enjoyable.

No mini-fridge or even a shared fridge except in studios (people might prefer their own version of breakfast first thing in the morning without the need to actually cook anything, and might also want to cool their favourite brand of beer as this -or any beer- isn't offered in the vending machines), no bathroom ventilation, unprotected WiFi (!!!) , vending machines going bonkers with foreign payment cards (sometimes agreeing and sometimes not, while same cards are working elsewhere), restaurant closed on Sunday, TV remote batteries dead (or maybe just an uncooperative remote).

Location is great, with lots of food options as well as the train station within a short walking distance. Breakfast is also very good, with a very friendly and helpful chef and team on duty. Also good that there is a laundry room with complimentary washing and drying machines for use.

Walls of the rooms are quite thin, and was often disturbed at night by the sound of other guests going in and out of their rooms and chatting. Cleanliness of the common area also can be improved. There were several pieces of crushed potato chips that were on the carpet in the walkway, which stayed there for 2 days (at least, since it was still on the floor when I checked out). The shower gel was also not replenished in the room with the expectation I was going to use that one small vial over my 4-days stay. Had to go down to reception and request for it personally on the 3rd day.

I rented a studio for a week. The room was very pleasant and suitable for a professional who needs to work in the room as well. The hotel is conveniently located near Den Haag HS train station and with many trams stopping nearby. This area has also a lot a supermarkets, so it is easy to stock. My room was cleaned every other day, which is more often then most other places in the city which have studio for rent, who clean only once a week. I did not use the restaurant or laundry services, so I cannot comment on that.

The hotel has the vibe of a dormitory which has its pros and cons. During the weekend it was a bit noisy in the late night hours. Although it is useful to be close to a train station, the area of HS is not very appealing.

We liked the central location near the train station and the nice views from our room on the 4th floor and quite private. The bed was nice, comfortable and big. It is a good place to stay. In the corridors, you get the vibe of the student hotel. We have stayed in other ones (for example Groningen) which we found a bit better. The decoration is happy and friendly and if you want to enjoy yourself there is entertainment in the hotel (games, bar).

I would have liked to be able to open the window at night but I understand that this does not always work with climate control.

I loved the location, the energy, the facilities, the setup - again the energy was amazing and we had the friendliest welcome. The room was exceptionally clean, the area around the hotel is great for food and also for getting about. Very comfortable beds.

It was a warm summer night after more than 10 days of too hot a weather so there were people outside talking and having a good time till way past midnight. Can't blame them in this weather. It was a minor disturbance as we wanted to sleep with the window open.
