The interior and landscape was so well considered. I do not know when this part of the hotel was complted but finished were immaculate and well detailed

These are really trival points- The visibilty of the membrane to the pond edge along side the dinning room ( this relates to my profession, I doubt anyone else would notice).The bench seating to the dining table seemed to deep but this may have been me as was already suffering with back pain that evening.

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel as was amazing as usual. Great breakfast, Great bar, Clean and large rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff are super helpful and always available to answer questions.

No local taxi service near by so usually have to wait 15 to 20mins for a taxi.

Great relatively new hotel room. Fantastic layout with a bathtub and separate shower. Balcony with a view and excellent windows so you do not hear the cars or noise outside. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly, but not pushy. Great location next to the highway with plenty of space for the car. Some spots are even covered by security cameras. I think that is an extra plus for every car owner.

Room, all nice and well maintained. Great shower. Breakfast, a wide variety of choices especially on the cereals, nuts, berries, etc section. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Restaurant facilities and service excelent

Room and breakfast cost combined together on the high cost side. Limited vegetarian / vegan options in the restaurant dinner menu.

New side of hotel is very nicely decorated. Hardly any road noise. The swimming pool and gym are extremely good, very new and clean. Amazing gym with everything you need. Includes sauna, massages.

rooms are 5* staff are amazing, look after you and remember you if you have stayed before this hotel really knows the meaning of hospitality

the only issue for me is the restaurant menu. needs specials for regular visitors. staff are great though. I’ve been served by Jim several times and he is excellent

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was always attentive and helpful. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was spacious and comfy.

The location is far away from the city centre. Even while travelling for work, I enjoy going to the centre and having the opportunity to get to know the place I am visiting, see local places and lifestyle. It was not easy to just go outside to walk around the city as the hotel is placed next to the highway.

the refurb is excellent, rooms are more like 5 star than 4. breakfast is fantastic with many options and diets catered for

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful and the bar tender was excellent. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and very fresh.

Not a lot to taxi services close by. Had to wait 45mins each time to a taxi to arrive.

No toiletries were provided. Towels were changed without request No drinking water bottle in the room and no mention of the tap water is portable and be used for drinking
