The room was very nice, beautiful view, comfortable, also the hotel has pool, casino, spa and gym which is great.

If you are arachnophobic like me don't book a room with balcony since they never pesticide the balcony. There were 5 HUGE spiders like the size of the pall of my hand and of course they just show up when it gets dark, so my husband and I avoided going there, since they were on the seat, it was creapy and visible big webs and spiders in most balconies. I'm sure the hotel won't pesticide or tell the housekeeping to deal with it. So good luck and ignore my bad review.

Comfortable hotel, great lobby and restaurant. Good coffee in rooms, view from higher floors is great. Free parking is a big bonus. Cycling trails directly from hotel. Balconies for some fresh air

Beds and pillows could be more comfy. Location is far from central, you should have a car ideally. Alternatively, you can cycle to the ferry, then take this over. Alternatively, 17 minute walk to a bus stop.

Exactly the standard I expected

It could have been clearer about distances or transport options to get to the hotel from Centraal. Also some more vegan breakfast options would be good. Booking.com could make it clearer about the hotel handling payments. I thought Booking.com handled everything so I was hesitant about being contacted for payments directly.

The hotel was always kept clean. The helpfulness, politeness, knowledge, and service of all of the staff was excellent. The temperature and cleanliness of the pool was great. The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was comfortable. The daily cleaning service was done very well. The provisions within the room were of the good standard I'd expect for such a hotel.

The telephone within the room did not allow for external or international calls. Milk for teas/coffees were only provided on the first day. There was not a great deal of variety of fruits for breakfast. I was surprised that the breakfast fare did not provide beans or tomatos, or mushrooms. The location meant you needed to have a car or pay for taxis.

hotel was wonderful; very clean and comfortable. jacuzzi bathtub was perfect.

Please provide hairdryers that your customers with disabilities can use. I did not expect to have to bring my own hairdryer to a 4 star hotel. I cannot stand long enough to use your attached tiny cord dryer. People with arthritis cannot hold down the button. nobody wants to steal your hairdryer. I just wanted dry hair.

Breakfast was simply amazing, lots of options. The bed was great too. The bathtub was awesome and provided some relaxation time.

Nobody to help with the luggage and huge stairs at the entrance. Staff was could be a little bit friendlier.

Lovely hotel with a pool. Bit further away from the centre than expected, but easy taxi ride in, not a major concern. Bar and casino closed earlier than expected too.

Casino wasn't open.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of foods and drinks.

The mattress was too soft. The TV was situated at the end of the bed with the chairs directly behind.

New hotel

Not in the city centre, shuttle only to ferry to city centre. But good location for motorway connection.

I loved the Hotel, stayed in for 6 nights - Free parking was great addition too! I travel often for work and this hotel is now added to my favorites and I am returning soon ! Great staff, breakfast, I used the gym which was greatly equipped. Location was spot on to get in and out of Amsterdam
