a) Location is 4 kms away from the amsterdam central station and there is only one bus 48 which takes you to the hotel. b) Reception staff are a bit rude and that is same as rest of the people in holland. I asked one of the receptionist about my final bill and if the deposit amount has been adjusted. He didnt understand the question and asked me if this was my first internation travel and started explaining me about the invoice process. c) Day 1 we arrived at 9 am, we were not given a room till 3 sharp. Again the lady in the reception said i shouldn't come again and again to ask. Fire all the staff except julia and this place is one of the best.

The location was great, it was a bit far from the central but it was new, clean streets and very quiet. It's great to move away from the very busy centre and enjoy the water view without loads of tourists. Bus 48 is only 5 min walk and takes you straight to the central The hotel is very modern and has a great feeling to it, totally different from those old hotel feeling, amazing bar, pool table and a lot more entertainment in the lobby area.

Rooms are small, no wardrobe, no telephone or chat system to contact the reception and our bathroom had a really bad smell which got sorted but still made us feel a bit uncomfortable The food is really bad too, we've ordered the Thai chicken curry which was a joke and pizza which wasn't that nice

The hotel is very chic, very clean. The bed very comfortable. Well positioned for sightseeing around Amsterdam. The 48 bus route takes you to Amsterdam Station in the heart of the city. It takes 10 minutes on the bus and the buses are on time and arrive every 10 minutes.

The morning buffet was plentiful but the pastries were not fresh some mornings. The hot food was over cooked. There are plenty of cafe’s/restaurants if you hop on the bus which we did once we had settled in

The area was new to us but very nice for a change. Away from the hustle of the centre, the bus is right on the doorstep for easy access to Dam central. We didn't use the bus ourselves as we loved the walk. The hotel is very quirky and staff very helpful. I would definitely be staying here again.

The food was not too good, tasty but cold and expensive considering it was cold. Didn't like the fact everything you purchase at the hotel has to be paid for by card as they do not accept cash. This then puts extra charges on through your bank.

Cozy, clean, calm.

The price was different when booking when asked on the spot. 35€ was asked for more, but there was no choice. The sauna was cool at 20.30 in the evening, the water on the heater did not evaporate. Although it was supposed to be available at 22:00 in the evening. Food was meager in the lobby in the evening. It took time for the attendant to deal with the visitors in the evening. Two people could have dealt with customers at the same time

Appreciate to breath some fresh air out from Red light xxx. Our hotel stay was truly exceptional, with the highlight being the serene view of boats sailing down the river from our window. The peaceful atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable experience. However, what truly made our stay perfect was the outstanding service provided by Katrina. Her attention to detail and exceptional hospitality truly made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Pool and Sauna were also very nice.

The room was not 100% clean but It’s just a small detail.

I really enjoyed the hotel itself. From super friendly check-in by Dani, through rooms and facilities. The location was not entirely central, but we choose this for a reason, as we wanted to have some time outside of Pride Madness :) Also, the interior itself was really industrial and cool, which fitted perfectly into the area, where Moxy is located.

The only thing I would raise as improvement is sauna, as it was not hot enough, but we did let the reception Team know about it.

The staff here are really cool and friendly. I would want to be friends with them, very easy-going and professional people. Everything was really well decorated and cool. It didn't feel stuffy at all, but a genuinely fun place to be with cool people. The breakfast was a little pricy but had a lot of options; it was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've experienced in Europe. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, had nice amenities like a clothing rack, luggage rack, blow dryer, and lots of lights.

The location is at the very end of a pier in an industrial area, so if you want to walk to any restaurants you'll have to journey 20+ minutes before you start to hit businesses. However, there's a bus 5 mins away that comes every 10 mins, so it's easy (and cheap) to go to the city center from this hotel. One of the days I was staying there, they didn't have any food available that evening (due to a missed delivery) so I had to make an unexpected trip to the city to eat dinner late at night.

We booked a room with sea view for our stay and the view from our window room was mesmerizing. The pool and the sauna was clean and well maintained. Hotel staffs were helpful and benevolent.

The only disadvantage is the location as if you are looking to spend more time in the city centre, you will have to take a bus to the city centre. However, you do get buses at regular intervals and it is not too difficult to get public transport to get around.

The staff was really amazing and they made a pretty good first impression. We were able to check in a bit earlier and were offered a welcoming drink. Our room was good at first glance too and we really appreciate the pool after a long day in the city.

At second glance our room wasn't really clean. There was a lot of black hair in our bathroom and right next to it was a huge spot of something on the floor. Next thing we didn't appreciate were the people next door. We were able to hear everything they were saying and they partied in their room the entire night. Breakfast was ok but nothing special for that money
