What I'm hoping for is a review of costs, booked originally for 3 adults 3 children. In October I advised there would only be 2 adults but the charge remained the same so did not reflect the 1 less adult. As yet I have not had a reply or decision about price review and refund. I appreciated receiving in the post a pair of earrings that were left behind. I look forward to a reply/ decision re price review. Thankyou Maxine Makoare

Straight forward cabin accommodation and given we'd not brought sleeping bags, getting extra blankets was no worry. South Beach being a 90 second walk away was terrific. The toilets and showers were also more than adequate for the price.

I learned not to drive my 4WD onto South Beach - I bogged it in the shingle up to the sills. Fortunately some friendly locals helped this ignorant townie out!

Liked our spacious, clean & well-appointed 2-bedroom apartment so much we extended our stay by an additional night. Perfect place to explore the West Coast from Westport & Cape Foulwind down past Hokitika, Whataroa, Okarito & the Glaciers. Short walk out to the wild & wonderful Tasman Sea beach where we started & ended each day…truly heaven on earth!

Lovely beach right there. Kitchen very clean and well appointed for a NZ motorcamp. Bedding just fine. Beds good. Hey it's a motorcamp not the Hilton

Hostest seemed a little tired but I guess we all get like that. Made sure I knew where everything was though and the room showers toilets and kitchen were clean and top knotch

Surprisingly quiet considering close to the main road. Good access. Does have everything you need. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Showing its age but thats not all bad. Would like an extractor in the kitchen. Frypan non stick base chipping off. Better egg flip maybe and larger mugs. Not sure if the spa was working.

Location. Perfect location to explore Greymouth and surrounding towns. Makes a great beach access from the holiday park. Friendly staff upon arrival. Clean rooms and clean shower/toilet area. Shower was really warm . Nice cooking area with a bbq too.

It's a standard holiday park. Well equipped and nice and clean. Reception person is very friendly and helpful

Nothing that I didn't like but you have to be aware that it's a holiday park so you get what you pay for. Wee bit further out of town that I expected but that's my own fault for not checking.

Said pet friendly but we couldn’t leave the dog in a crate in the unit so we could go out for a meal - had trouble finding parks with shade and don’t like leaving her in the car

I would say we were on the difficult side as far as guests go. First I had booked the wrong date online via a different accomadation website, rung to see if I could change it and was no problem at all, was quick and easy. Then the next day decided I wanted to upgrade our room, was all done quickly with a phone call. We also had our dog with us to which wasn't any problem. We were a lot later arriving than planned, they had rung us to check in and say they would leave the key out for us. When we did arrive they came and checked to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. We had a big Tandem Trailer as well and had great parking for that, We were most impressed, we were never made to feel like a pain in the butt (I know we weren't easy guests haha) they were very understanding 👍😁. Beds were really comfy, Great Value for money and lovely staff, highly recommended. We definitely will be back. Thank you so much. P.s Loved the milk, which you get in a miniature glass milk bottle. All can be reused so not plastic waste.

All we needed for our first nights stay comfortable, fairly clean.I

Kitchen and bathroom facilities could have done with better cloths and dry tea towels. Very brightly lit rooms. Had to remove two light bulbs so our daughter could sleep easier. Otherwise, all was as expected.
