beds were very comfortable. view was fantastic. very well equipped kitchen. staff member contacted us with key details because we were a late arrival.

motel sign was not lit so we’re not too sure where the property was but there was a little sign we followed.

This was perfect for us. Close to the beach for walking down memory lane. Returning to a childhood area we frequented. Robyn was very accommodating. We were unable to let her know our arrival time as our previous destination had no phone or wifi access, but she had everything ready and waiting for us, with heater on in room on a cold wet night. Facilities were pretty new and everything spotless. Plenty of room to move around in. Comfy beds. Single and large double. Car park straight outside unit. Easy access even in rain. Great place for people who love fossicking beachstones. Quiet location. Laundromat about 5 minutes drive on way back to Greymouth. Seaview was great! Only looked like 4 units so we thought a good place for extended families to stay together for a break. We only stayed overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer.

Great if you want to get away from busyness. Close to beach to look for greenstone. View of ocean from room was very relaxing. Cooking facilities were sufficient for us to cook dinner with supplies we bought in Greymouth

The couch was not comfortable for sitting on for a long time (such as when watching a movie). Actually we got 3/4 way through a movie on a streaming service on the TV when it failed. Internet was unstable. Doona was too hot for us and no blanket as a cooler substitute

I booked this property for 3 nights for my 87 year old Mum & friend. I had booked a smaller room but Robyn the property manager upgraded them which was such a wonderful surprise. The unit was beautifully appointed & had everything 'the ladies' could need, they could not be happier with their stay & were very very comfortable & warm. Unit had beautiful views & was very clean & great beds etc just fabulous. Thank you Robyn & Keith for being so kind in looking after Mum & friend, it was very much appreciated by us all

It was a pleasant surprise to get to this place. It is in a small hamlet but had the most stunning view out the back door and being less than 100m to the beach. Amazing sunset. And the nearby pub in the next town was another fantastic experience. The room we were in was good with comfortable bed and basic facilities - no complaints. If I was travelling near Greymouth again I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

There are no shops nearby so you need to bring everything with you unless you want to go the Greymouth which is some distance from you. The owners practised contactless communication but I believe they were onsite somewhere. Our TV remote's batteries were on their last legs so we left the unit with this issue identified. Hope it will be fixed for the next visitors.

The room would have been an ideal place to call home for a few days, but we had only planned the one night. It had ample parking for our car, was within 2 mins walk of the beach, had a lovely view across the bay and was only 5 mins walk from a pub that served food, or 15 mins drive from a large supermarket.

It suited our needs completely. Nothing to say here.

Great views of the ocean from our room. The room was well set out and very clean. The photo was taken from our room overlooking the ocean.

This motel has a non contact check in policy which was a problem for us ,as we did not have a mobile to get the room code for the lock. Fortunately the manager was on site when we arrived so it turned out not to be a problem. Nothing of interest in the area . About 10 minutes from Greymouth and we can recommend Monteith Brewery for a reasonable meal. we found the centre of Greymouth to be depressing!

Great view, fantastic room size and facilities. Easy booking and very responsive communication. Checking in was a breeze. Quick drive to town if needed. Quiet.

The bathroom exhaust was a little slow, and we couldn't reach windows to open. Our towels couldn't dry properly. This didn't wreck our stay,just something to keep in mind.

Tiny four-room motel located about 10 km north of Greymouth. Rooms do indeed have a beach view. Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent shower and towels. Nice grounds, with artistic landscaping including a labyrinth. Quiet.

Mostly unstaffed, so be sure you have check-in details worked out.

This property certainly lives up to its name. As soon as you walk in the door, the view of the beach is right there! Very tidy & clean unit. Great shower preasure too, which is a bonus being in a semi rural setting. Calm & relaxing vibe with only 4 units onsite. Id love to come back one day, thanks for having us!
