The POOL, OUTDOOR SEATING, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, SUPER SECURE PARKING. the SECURITY and ROOM SERVICE staff were VERY ACCOMMODATING! BUT MOST OF ALL: THE Man that works in RECEPTION (He was there at least 12 hour per day)... AMAZINGLY POLITE! PROFESSIONAL! HELPFUL! just an ALL AROUND, REALLY GREAT HUMAN BEING!!! *** Whenever We ORDERED DINNER DELIVERY... WE GOT EXTRA for him (my way of saying thanks)! He NEVER ASKED for anything; we just did it because we wanted to share!!

Regardless of Day or Night; there were a LOT OF MOSQUITO'S in the Swimming Pool seating area. I got so many bites in the first 20 minutes; had to go inside and take allergy medicine

Perfect hotel for sta-over or when you have a businesstrip and need a clean quiet place to sleep, with some good restaurants in the neigbourhood. Pool is big and there are some chairs to take a rest. The staff is super friendly, the gardner even showed us some tropical fruits which just fell from the trees and let us taste the fruits. This gave the place a more homy feeling as in general it is a straitforward modern (somewhat cold decor) hotel.

The location and staff were great. I was very surprised by the quality of the rooms, amenities, and breakfast.

The only thing that I didn't like is that after check-in, the room I had was not available to extend through the rest of the week through booking.com at my preferred rate. I had to book an additional night directly with the hotel at almost $30 more. It's fine though because it gave us the opportunity to check out another hotel that we liked as well.

The hotel is in a great safe location. You can get to all the mayor attractions in a reasonable time. Such as Volcan Masaya, Catarina, Laguna Apoyo, Granada.

For the price and vale how can you complain. Breakfast is included. The place is very private too. Nothing could be better. For the money you get a lot. Please keep the price the way they are by doing your revenue management and allowing people like myself get a break

This is a nice hotel in Managua. It seems to cater to the business traveler. The staff is very friendly. They even remember us from a stay 6 months earlier. The breakfast is very good as well. The location is great and very secure.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, I would suggest they invest just a little to make them less stark. This would help take it up another level.

The location is very good, since you are close to all the important places in Managua, you can get anywhere in 15 minutes.

I think that at breakfast you should have more options, the same thing bores you, I think the same for lunch and dinner, they only have one option,

Breakfast was very good. Cannot say enough good things about breakfast server Javier…actually he was great! Location was a bit hard to find initially.

No hair dryer. Also grab bars in the shower would be helpful to prevent an unnecessary fall.

Clean environment very helpful and friendly staff. Food is great with fast room service. Convenience stores are at walkable distance. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Overall it is a beautiful place.

Amicable staff, you can get your food deliveries in your room, breakfast could be served in your room. Convenient laundry service. Nice landscape and spacious.

Friendly and helpful staff, good parking space and very safe surroundings with near by convenience stores. Cabs are available all the time. Delicious food and service is super fast.
