Very nice US style hotel in Managua. Probably one of the nicest hotels in town and you pay corresponding US style rates but it was exactly what I needed. 6th floor room was nice and had a view of the lake. Clean, comfortable, good size with all the thoughtful amenities of modern hotel. Parking in front or back of hotel with 24x7 guard. Pretty good breakfast as well. Good wifi. Has a grab and go area with essentials and some drinks. Some OK restaurant options next door.

Nothing really. Expensive for Nicaragua but OK for US type prices.

The staff was amazing! We had a pretty rough time with our flight but they were so accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. They offer free breakfast but it wasn’t good at all so we didn’t eat it again after day 1. Really good location with restaurants and malls nearby. They have Apple Pay so that was a huge plus for me.

The hot meal breakfast was very good. It contained eggs, ham, fruit, juices, cereal and coffee. All items were very good. The beds were of very high quality and had a very relaxing sleep.

It would be better if they offered English Tv channels as well as spanish.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in all Central America. New facilities in a really nice area of Managua. They have a delicious buffet breakfast every morning. Very Comfortable. They helped us arrange all of our tours and shuttle pick up from the airport. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we asked. Couple of steps outside of the hotel there’s a really nice restaurants with every kind of worlds cuisine (Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish, etc). Also, the rate per night was cheap

price was great, location had many eating options, for me it was a bit of a ride to get to where I was going to down town.

Breakfast ; Either Nicaraguan or American. A Bad Attend for Both. No hash Browns or Bacin..Ni Gallo.Pinto or Fry Cheese. The Voffe and Cream station is Block with the Civit Buffet serving lane. Interumtiing the Coffe and the Food lane. Ned to move the Coffe./.Dunks station away to be more efficient , better flow of movement. breads too hard. Eggs, not Taste, No Choices. All the Rest in the Hotel was Very Good. But, Room Carpet very Dirty..Really dirty

clean, modern, spacious, everything you need in a hotel. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfy, great hot shower. Staff professional, courteous and available.

The location is not great for pedestrians - if you are in Managua with a car this hotel is a fine place to stay. The pool was very cold and didn’t get sun on it during the day

Good hotel. Overall good service but nothing incredible. I would say pretty average service.

It was a bit dirty but not horrible. When we checked in the person checking us in helped us, did everything correctly but didn't seem like they were having a great day.

Room spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delicious and with a big variety of food. Staff very well trained and friendly. Common spaces very clean.

The location was great! Very centric with a few shopping malls, grocery stores, etc There were a great many options to eat. Great restaurants and very tasty and good price. I lived the staff, very friendly and always ready to help.
