The room was great - very comfy and good amenities. The breakfast was very well stocked... the bunk beds were comfortable for the kids. Lots of (paid) parking right by the hotel and a convenience store less than 5 mins away by foot. Plus, this is right by the train station, if you are reliant on public transport!

Drammen is a good 40 mins from downtown Oslo.. so if you're looking for a hotel in the city, I would discourage you from this place... It was good value considering how expensive Oslo is. Plus, we had a rental car, so it wasnt much of an issue. But if you're looking for closer proximity to sightseeing, look closer to Oslo.

Breakfast was surprisingly good with a wide choice of freshly-prepared European food. The interior decor of the public areas are very nice to look at. Generally very clean and staff were helpful and polite.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected. The shower booth door could only be opened with a certain angle, and the bathroom itself was very small. Only blackout curtains were available, meaning you could either be in the darkness, or have privacy - nothing in between. Parking is never included in the price of stay, even though it is build into the basement of the building.

The decor in the lobby was airy , with bright paintings . The young lady at the reception was lovely. I forgot her name) . Our room was as expected and the beds were comfortable. We had a great breakfast, choice and quality . One of the best Scandic hotels we've stayed in.

No Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Although they were offered in the lobby , it was a bit of a walk from our room. Having the opportunity to make some in the room would have made the whole experience better.

We arrived at midnight and were checked in good time by the friendly receptionist. When we got to the room we found we had been given a family room which was excellent including a living space , bedroom and even had 2 tv's.Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could wish for both hot and cold. Also the hotel was just 2 minutes walk from the train station, which was good.

I can't think of anything negative.

I liked the old-style central hotel. The gym was nice, the food was excelent, and the view from my room was really great.

Even though the staff were very nice, I really must say I think they were overburdend and shortstaffed, negativelly affecting my experience. For ex. at the reception there were alleays several clients weaiting

The reception clerk was very kind and helpful when we asked her to change the room we got. Th gym is great and well equipped. The breakfast was rich and varied, probably the best we had at a hotel in Norway. The hotel is located very close to the train station.

The room window could not be opened, but an air fan was provided

Clean and very close to the railway station. We checked out before the beakfast, so we vould prepare ourself coffe and tee for free.

There is no direct contacz to call the hotel. Only through booking assistant. Strange glass walls in the bathroom.

Nothing to eat at the hotel during Christmas holiday if you are Vegiterian! The restaurant was closed during Christmas, which is understandable, but to only have two types of pre-made sandwiches on offer at the reception - neither of which were vegetarian - is unacceptable.

Very good breafast, and so much to choose from. The staff was very nice, they cleaned, vashed and it never got emty for any food. Nice room with good beds. The location for this hotel was exellent.

The breakfast was fantastic.We enjoyed every bit.

The toilet in our room had some stains, and the sink top had some stains too.The floor was dirty.I think those cleaning forgot to clean the floor.
