Beautifully designed to please any type of tourist. Its a huge resort, very American style, with loads of activities and things to do. We only stayed for a day but have earmarked it for a second visit next time we visit Norway. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, our view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast spread was very generous and varied. The restaurant for dinner has a good variety of food choices. Overall a very good resort and well worth spending more time here. Front desk staff Juhi was very helpful and friendly and approachable.

There was nothing not to like. A great place

Outstanding stay! Beautiful property with tons of seating areas and cozy places to read and relax! Pool and jacuzzi was a highlight for the kids and our families staying. The room was one with separate pull out sofa and kitchenette. Beds were good and even sofa bed comfy enough. Great balcony and view. Everyone leaves their ski boots in the lobby near the ski door so you can literally ski in and out! Amazing. The only odd thing was no phone in the room to call reception when we needed something. Breakfast was outstanding too with lots of options! Also, easy to park and we loved dinner though a few more menu items would be nice. Lunch on the slopes is really easy and has cafeteria style options, burgers, grill, etc. bar, too. Skiing was lovely and had something for all levels! Kids loved the long green trails. Highly recommend the dog sledding tour while here - 10 mins away and several groups offer it.

Nothing much to note here- would have just been nice to have a way to contact the front lobby for missing items or issues. I also think it’s a safety issue to be missing a room phone in case of emergency.

It was the most wonderful resort we ever stayed! It was outstanding! So many fantastic facilities for families and couples.Eveything to the greatest quality. Spacious rooms, the restaurants, the pools (massive area and so good maintenance),exceptional gym, the place looked like,a museum with so many art paintings and sculptures. Don't miss to see the way to the conference room, unbelievable .The kids enjoyed the bowling, the youth area (billiard, ping pong table, football table) ,the secret bar, like from a cowboy film...I can be talking for this hotel for hours! At least 3 nights somebody needs to stay. And the slopes are next to the hotel.

Everything was amazing, the food, location and facilities

We felt some discrimination, we had to ask the waitresses to clean tables for is, to collect the dishes from our table, even when they pass by 3 or even 4 times, they look and avoid, and then they come back to clean the next tables while looking to us (very odd). And not just among the staff, we had a lot of staring from other guests as well, we can only think that such advance culture stil not confident to embrace other races.

Amazing hotel. Maybe it's because we've visited it in the summer, it wasn't crowded at all and it is great experience to be in the place like that, when there are no people and every facility is for you. Good breakfast, nice stuff. Great gaming room, we played ping pong, pool etc. Amazing view, very beautiful room design... Liked it a LOT!

Can't think of anything. Just maybe pool working hours could be extended.

We loved the location in the beautiful Norwegian moundtIna. the hotel is absolutely fantastic-clean, modern with exquisit art and excellent food.. It has EVERYTHING a family with kids can ask for: outdoors and indoors! pump tracks, hiking, biking, zipline, climbing and beach…. Indoors is not less impressive: pool, bowling, spectacular indoor playground and spa… I have been traveling for many years and I have not yet been to a place where all of the food/drinks were fabulous. And the staff: excellent, excellent, excellent. Friendly, kind and available. We would come back in a health eat. Thanks so much!

The hotel is great, there's a huge lounge where you can relax, there's a lot to do around the hotel as well. The food was amazing and breakfast was one of the best we ever had in a hotel.

The rooms were dated, the shower didn't close well so we flooded the bathroom every time, there wasn't really a comfortable way to relax in the room.

the staff was untrained and our stay was in between season. so our experience is probably not typical the English breakfast was cold ( sausage, beans, beacon etc) But the bread was lovely and plenty of other options. the dinner service was very slow with a 40 min wait for two burgers.

Beautiful property with plenty of parking and spots to charge your electric car. The room was comfortable with plenty of space to lounge and relax in but also lots of common areas to lounge at as well. The staff were lovely and the breakfast spread was amazing, there is definitely something for everyone!
