Perfect for our skiing holiday - ski bus stopping right at the door of the hotel, beautiful interior in the “winter wood cabin” style, friendly stuff, nice bathroom

Overall it was a great stay and I didn’t mind these things that much, but what stopped me from giving this place 10 stars are: - poor choice for breakfast (it had everything we needed but quickly got boring cause it was the same everyday) - very small room - it was already a bit tight for us (2 adults) staying in the room and I can’t imagine a full family staying there - two single beds instead of a double bed

Love the style and the vibe of the hotel. Reception has the bar and shelf with snacks to buy. Breakfast had good options (for norwegian standards) and had panecakes! Free parking, and its located just a 5 mins by car from Hafjell skicenter. Room including bathroom was clean and neat.

We had room for 2+2 (kids), and felt a bit cramped even for us, two people accomodated. If the rooms is in its full occupation, the space is very limited.

The location and surroundings are stunning, all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so so good, maybe the options are shorter than in a big hotel but the quality of the food is just amazing.

The beds are quite small( 60cm rather than 90) and the mattress a bit soft but otherwise completely recommend it!

If you want a winter wonderland experience, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Extensive full breakfast in several lodge dining rooms, beautiful fireplace in 2 common seating areas, cosy bedroom, comfortable bed, room balcony, easy parking, close walk to ice bar/winter park. Welcoming/friendly staff.

Just a short stay… Might be nice with more seating around the fire .. was only 2 people there but occupied the area..

Excellent location to the park, nice surroundings, cosy atmosphere in the hotel itself. Snack shop, souvenir/toy shop, table tennis, cinema for kids. Nice breakfast, child friendly too!

No negative experiences at all!

The view. The sorrounding is so peaceful and calming which is a very stress reliever from the strenous and hustle and bustle of a working city life.

Bunk bed had no ladder, too short rails on top bunk, 5 year old fell out from 1.5m at 2am

Very pleasant stuff. We were surprised that there was soup for free in the evening. We really appreciated it! But maybe it was just because it was off season and restaurant was closed. Very good location near the amusement park, olympic bobsleigh track, museums etc. Very good place for children - extra activities like cinema for children, search for a troll's tail etc.

The amusement park was closed when we arrived - we did not know that the season ends in the half of August in Norway, so check the opening hours if you want to go there.

Nice nature hike available. Excellent breakfast.

Restaurant closed for evening meal and it’s a long way to Lillehammer for supper.
