The hotel reception staff was amazing they dealt with all my requests very promptly. Special shout out to Mr Rowell in reception.

1- The room was big, clean and quiet. 2- Beds were comfortable. 3- The staff were exceptional, very helpful and supportive. 4- It has a rooftop pool & gym. 5- Hotel location was exceptional: Wadina Water Park (1 minute driving / 3 minutes walking - Just behind of the hotel) Nizwa Grand Mall (2 minute driving / 5 minutes walking - On the right-side of the hotel) LuLu Hypermarket (4 minutes driving) VOX Cinema (4 minutes driving) Badr Sama Hospital (5 minutes driving) Nizwa Fort / Nizwa City Center (14 minutes driving)

Nothing serious but the pillows were huge & at night the toilet hot water option was warm not too hot.

Fantasic location: ideal for visiting the region. Niwza Mall by the door & 2 supermarkets. Parking with shadow. Great rooms with comfort. Nice views. Very good restaurant. Good buffets. Cleaning staf extremely friendly. Restaurant staff friendly and professionaL

The people at the reception should learn to smile and say hello to everyone who enters. Very unprofessional attitude. Those people don't belong in a hotel like this, especially when they are busy with their smartphone. The hot water in the room isn't hot, just barely warm.

Perfect hotel! Easy access, clean, nxt to fun waterpark which we have discounted tickets if we buy it in the hotel receptionist. Old town nizwa is around 10 mins by car, Bahla is 40mins by car, the design is perfect especially the bathroom. And we love the takbir in the lobby during eid, so peaceful and soothing 💖 also the sweet treat basboosa and kahwa during eid.

Located at a central place in Nizwa suitable for Business as well as for tourists. Located right next to mall of Nizwa, the Hotel is located at a very convenient location close to many of the local attractions such as Souq and Fort / Castle. Everything right from check in until check out was smooth and quick. Staff were very friendly. Hotel room was clean and the rooms / toilets had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the room was silent offering a good nights sleep. Wifi connection was hassle free and pretty fast. The roof top pool and the gym were fantastic, the gym especially was fully equipped. They have a separate Gym for ladies too. Their breakfast had a wide variety including regular continental food as well as hot cooked food. Overall a good value for money and a great place to stay in Nizwa.

The location of the hotel couldn't be any better especially that it was surrounded by many excellent buildings such as the Nizwa Grand mall and the Wadina Water Park, the view was also stunning! It was well provided with facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym for men and women which I appreciate very much.

The hospitality of the hotel was excellent and everything was perfect except the fact that the bathroom doors were a sliding door and didn't have a lock making it an awkward situation to use the toilet. One more thing is that although the breakfast was tasty there were too many flies making the breakfast sickening and we also had to complain twice due to this.

I like this hotel it is my second time I feel as i am with my family feeling the staff they are so lovely mr Rowell in the reception always helpful, and Mr Omar and the lady also, the hotel is very clean, i like the shower gel smell, The room view to the water park it is so exited🤩🤩 The hotel near to every thing Nizwa Grand mall and behind it their is water park The breakfast is very nice the restaurant decoration make you feel calm I enjoy staying, the hotel services 10/10♥️♥️♥️ I want to say thank you to all staff in the hotel and many thanx for the Security Jamal for his lovely gift for my daughter

Many options.. and a few options for someone with illnesses as well.

Personally I do not think I would change anything but 2 of the people I travelled with had comments. One said a part of the prayer room needed to be cleaner and the other had a suggestion to have a seating area in the corridors / near the rooms (not sure if thats possible).
