The complimentory airport pick up and dropp off were very convinient. Adriana, the manager, is extremely reliable and once you ask something from her, you can be sure that it will be done in the best perfect way and timely. For example, She did the check in, in advance via WhatsApp letting us to have express check in. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good with very diverse range of food, desert, fruits, breads etc. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and so helpful. Ali, the lifegurd who cares for the sauna and jacozy was really helpful. There are two local restaurants nearby which let us to try traditional food. The TV was including different services e.g youtube access, room service, restaurant menue etc. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this lovely resort to everyone.

Breakfast was very good, would be better if they had a little more variety, fesh juices and different coffees. Location was good (need to have your own car), supermarkets and restaurants and tourist locations accesible.

Sauna was not working. Hot tub should have been bigger and was not working on one of the days.

But I guess there is no time to cook if you're in Salalah for a vacation Some staff requires better English Inside the chalet parking is 10 OMR per day which is a lot considering the price per night of the chalet, however the parking outside is only a 1 min walk The no bell ringing sign was working, but not the housekeeping sign so everyday they came in to clean and add towels..... But we wanted to save them time and energy

The staff were super nice and helpful and excelled in hospitality etiquette. The leisure facilities were great. The buffet offered a 4 star choice, the restraunt staff were really accommodating as they took into account the fact that my son had allergies.

The fact that the kitchenette had no utensils, and we had to ask for them. The jacuzzi was out of order and should have been emptied as there were lots of debris in the bottom. I think giving two key cards at the beginning instead of having to go and request them. However, it's understandable, so people don't leave the electric on when they leave the room.

This is one of the best hotels in Salalah, even it is marked as 4 star but in my opinion it is 5 stars, it will be my first choice every time I come to Salalah. Every thing in this hotel is excellent They have very nice and professional Front Office Manager moreover the staff are very polite , friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean. Outstanding and amazing service from the hotel manager Adrian and her team. Andria and her staff are helpful and accommodating to all customers who are staying in the hotel. We needed to rent a car and Adrian helped us, she has a lot of good information and recommendations of what to do in Salalah. The breakfast was simple and just what you need. You can always request for an omelette which they’re happy to make. The staff are helpful and always service with a smile. The hotel rooms and facilities are always clean. The hotel is close to the beach, petrol station, supermarkets and to the malls.

We enjoyed our time and there’s nothing not to like.

We liked the apartment, it was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The breakfasts were superb, huge sort of different meals. We appreciated the bus service that takes you to the beach club.

Some days the cleaning service wasn't really good, some days they gave us disgusting old torn towels. The pool bar is terrible. Even we paid 12 OMR, we were waiting 30 minutes for 4 coffees.

- The breakfast was awesome - All the team there were friendly and cooperative. - The swimming pool was well maintained, and a lifeguard was continuously there even if there was a small number of people in the pool.

Very nice, new looking hotel at the west end of Salalah. you definitely need a car when you staying in this hotel but you need it in Salalah anyway. The staff is great, the breakfast is delicious. In five minutes drive there is a big supermarket and in 15 minutes you can get to the city easily. Perfect starting point to explore the surroundings, places of interest and it is always a pleasure to arrive back to this hotel after a long day with full of experiences.
